Easy to use for mild injuries and pain
If you bump a part of your body like a leg, arm, ankle, etc. this heat wrap will help you sleep and the pain goes away. You may have to use another if pain returns later, but it's worth it and not greasy and smelly like some heating linaments

Great for mild pain on back or knees.
Great product for mild pain. I do have to use sports tape to keep in place on knees after a while or on lower back. I like them and subscribe to them because they are not sold in stores in my area.

Make sure it's not expired!
Normally, I would put all 5's because I love this product overall. However, several of the ones I received has been activated or were expired. Waste of money this time.
