This pretty much fixed my bad sleep. It was only after I saw a video on YouTube about how gut can fix sleep and tried this one did I find the solution to my problem. It gave me a bit of bad gut for a few days but apparently that due to your body expelling the bad gut bacteria and replacing it with good in my case.

This has helped me in my recovery from chronic UTI, which I have been struggling with for 7 months. I have been on a paleo type diet, and having two cups of bone broth every day. But when I introduced this one month ago, it was like the last piece of the puzzle. Amazing stuff. I have just ordered another bottle.

I had SIBO,leaky gut, severe food intolerance for several years, and thanks god i healed using herbal medicine and good quality supplements. And during this years i tested more than 100 supplement (see the pic).This probiotic is the Worst one i ever tested since 2016.First this supplement caused me a severe bloating, gaz and even depression. Compare to many other brand of probiotics i used before this one is not designed to help people with digestive issues. It can make them worst.I used to by another well known brand, just thrive, that have the same bacteria strains and i had a success with it. I buyed this supplement because the other brand was out of stock. I give it a try and it was a disaster.Second, after i tested the product and i get a horrible flare up, i asked for return because i was not satisfied. I go thru the amazon process and send back the supplement via post (cost 12€ for shipping with hand signature on reception) .I provide the seller and amazon with the tracking number but both are ignoring me and i did not get any refund yet. It has been 2 month since 6 May 2020 and i contacted the support for 5 times or more and each time i get the same excuses and the same claim process.Since i'm working with volunteer groups to help them with their Digestive issues, this supplement is on my blacklist.Worst product and worst customer service.cheers.

While everyone's ulcerative colitis heals differently I read the book on eat dirt, and started this SBO. I had a mild relapse though I started the way they ask, but it does mention that the body may get rid of toxins and take time to adjust. Since last two months I have had no flare up. I continue take care of my diet very diligently inspite of taking hhe medicine.

terrible value for money, extremely over priced and not very effective gut bacteria, plus the capsules have a very foul odour. plus the seal was broken when it arrived

I found this to be by far the easiest probiotic I've ever taken- no refrigeration needed, no dairy, only one pill a day, so simple. I did not find any gastro side effects even though I started with once a day instead of every other day as directed- I had regular digestion and zero issues. There is no aftertaste, the pills are no giant and are easy to swallow, all around this is a great addition to my supplement regimen and I'm so happy to have found a probiotic that isn't complicated!!

I have used probiotics off and on for years for general health and because gut health seems to be all over the place these days. However I only recently put some time into research and this product has impressed with its research backing, multiple strains of bacteria, prebiotic support, unique formula . I have learned w/trial and error that there are cheaper products out there that claim the same but natural is best and its tough finding products that don't include tons of fillers and that are "paleo" ,ingredients that exist in nature and what ancestors were able to digest . I was prepared to take the whole bottle over weeks before I wrote a review but I felt positive effects within 3 days including improved skin glow, regularity, energy, reduced bloat look and feel . I am also looking for long term benefits to improve my borderline high Bad cholesterol levels, keep those super frustrating female infections at bay and am confident this product will be my keeper!!

I've had worsening IBS for years. It came to a head recently and I finally gave in and saw a gastroenterologist, having gone low FODMAP for months and tried all the supplements for much longer, including traditional probiotics (i.e. lactobacillus strains, a bajillion CFUs). Doc gave me the all-clear on Celiac and the major inflammatory diseases, so I resigned myself to eating chicken and rice and trying a round of antibiotics.Meanwhile, I had been taking this product for about a week. Just before seeing the gastro, I had come across some thoughts around probiotics exacerbating IBS, adding fuel to the SIBO fire (if you buy the SIBO hypothesis). Soil-based strains were recommended, so stopped taking my Franken-probiotic immediately and picked this stuff up. I've been on it for about a month, two per day from the start, and to be frank, I'm pooping like a 20-year-old again. Haven't touched the antibiotics or anti-spasmodic that were prescribed. I ate beans this week. BEANS. I'm not saying I'm gas-free now, but the same thing happens like clockwork every morning, the cramps are gone, bloating squelched, gurgling silenced.
