Urine leaking out of diaper can spill over the top of the plastic and leak out onto your clothes through the cloth top! I could see by the pic in the description there was a seam halfway up the top panel, but I didn't realize that it was actually cloth at the top. Not good for people who are completely incontinent. Glad I only ordered one because I will be sticking with ones that are completely plastic! I don't have any problem with having plastic around my middle.

My rating has more to do with me -not reading the description thoroughly - rather than the product. My intent was to replace the plastic pants my Mother has been using. I assumed waterproof meant totally plastic. The top part has a cotton panel. If that's what you want, the product is great.

i had to return the item.too small and leg opening are too tight.i use medium although a bit too big.i wish there was an intermediary side between S and M sizes
