Shipping took long enough I had to request a refund for it to magically arrive the following day (after bouncing all the way to Hawaii according to tracking) so that was annoying but the product itself is fantastic. I take 1 mid-day with lunch and I don't deal with fatigue in the 2nd half of my work day.

The pills are easy to take and consistent

This is an excellent thyroid support product. I have more energy when I remember to take it, that's how I judge the effectiveness of this kind of supplement. We're told to "listen to our bodies" and this does make me feel better. 8-)

My doctor told me I was racing toward Hypothyroidism. She told me that I had to eat better and exercise now or she would have no choice but to make me take medication. My hair was falling out, I couldn't think straight and the scariest part was no energy and frequently feeling like I was about to pass out. I was way too tired and sick to really exercise. I found this Thyroid Blend and hoped it would help me feel well enough to start to exercise. Very soon all my symptoms decreased enough to take the time to make healthier recipes and exercise. Though my weight lose is slow, I'm feeling so much better than I've had in a long time.
