I have 2 taco terriers that will grow up to 8 pounds. Will this be too small for 2 8pounds dogs to snuggle in?

Yes it will be too small it's good for 1 dog. I have a shitzu and she's 18 pounds n she fits just right I wish it was bigger for her so she can stretch her legs

Will a malti Poo fit?

Without knowing the actual size of your pet I can't say for sure. If you check out the pictures available to flip through you will see a size chart of the sofa and you can see if the seating area is big enough. The weight limit is a suggested weight limit to understand the size of the sofa. so if your pet is small enough to fit comfortably in the seating area but is 10-15 lbs there should be no issue. Thank you

Is the cushion attached to the frame? Is removable? Buttons?

Yes the cushion is attached to the frame but is also detachable with buttons

Is the cushion cover washable?

Yes. There is a zipper to easily remove the cover to have it washed.
