Love the light
Love the light...the jury is still out on the lifetime of the battery. I have several of these...and the ones that work best are the self contained polyurethane globes. If the battery is detachable...don't buy it...works for a very short time and then simply doesn't light up.

It worked at first but now doesn't but I put it in my garden and it looks nice there. Instructions were confusing. Not sure what the light off is for.

Only worked for a few months
Worked great for about two months and then only comes on for about an hour then goes dark. Certainly not for lack of sunshine in Texas!

So far so good.
These are beautiful, and have great impact in our garden. So far have survived rain, cloudy days, etc. I wish there was a better way to secure them to the ground as the kids instantly want to pick them up and throw them. They are definitely impacted by the amount of sun but it just makes them dimmer, they still work. I enjoy the colour changes.
