Great Product
I don't know how old my NOW Melatonin container was maybe 3 years and it still went on working. Because Melatonin is supposed to aid in bone maintenance I've recently made it a point to consistently take them. We'll see at my Dexta scan if it's helping at all. I also use weights 3x/week.

Nice sleep aid. One pill an hour or so before sleep works well. It will give you more colorful dreams. Your body makes melatonin but decreases with age so this is not an unnatural substance like other sleep drugs.
