TowelSelections Women's Robe, Kimono Waffle Spa Bathrobe

I purchased two of these robes in different colors and sizes. I'm using them as guest robes, so friends and family don't have to travel with a big bulky bathrobe when packing a suitcase. I bought the small/ medium for women and I'm 5'4, 135, and it's comfortable and roomy...not overly big. The Lg/XLG is really big and too roomy for me, but perfect for a man, which is how I wanted the sizing. I have them hanging on the back of my guest bathroom door.Now about the robes. The weight is perfect; just right for all year long. The long sleeves will be perfect on a man and women will want to roll theirs up. The overall length is well below the knee; where? depending on how tall you are, but gives plenty of coverage. It has two pockets on the front and comes with an extra long belt. And when it comes to washing, they come out beautiful. I washed them in cold water and used fabric softener the first time and will continue to do the same in the future. They were soft right out of the package, and even softer after washing and drying, and hardly any wrinkles. I may touch them up with a iron...or not. And being cotton I figured they would shrink...not so, at all.The waffle texture is very pretty and looks like the expensive hotel robes I've worn. And because the weight is not too heavy, but not too light, they are the perfect robe for you or your guest. Oh, one more thing. The cost. I've looked online everywhere for quality robes and others were so overpriced. For the money you can't go wrong. Your guests will think you spent a fortune, or "got them from a hotel". Comfy and the perfect weight. Warm but light. Very happy. Just hoping it softens a lil after washing.

This is a nice robe for the price. For me, living in Texas it is a year long wear, but if you live in the North this is a summer robe. It is a nice quality of cotton but not cozy! I love the choice of colors,I bought the lighter blue and it is pretty, and the tailoring is good. As for the size....I bought a s/m. It is large for me, but I like a robe that is ample and so I can wrap it around me and it doesn't gap open. I am 5 ft = about 110 lbs = if you like a fitted robe buy xs/s. The robe washes well and doesn't need ironing. It did shrink just a little and is softer after machine washing (cold) and drying (delicate). Most probably will buy another as doesn't take up a lot of room when folded, and will be good for traveling.

Color is on point, I got the "Star Sapphire". Fit is true to size. Length is a little longer than shown. I'm 5'8" and ordered the L/XL and it falls mid to lower calf. The weight is perfect in my opinion and the material is heavy enough to hold structure but not too warm. Mine does have an inner tie which surprised me because many reviews said there wasn't one. Definitely would order again.

I was looking for a new bathrobe that would be flattering, comfortable, and functional. After shopping for awhile I found this robe and was surprised to see that it was rated as one of the best available to by another website. That review gave me the confidence to order, and I'm glad that I did! As other reviewers have said it has a roomy (but not over-sized) fit, good drape, and stays closed well.It keeps me covered for lounging, post-shower, and whatever else I need to do. The material has a soft texture and medium weight, not too heavy or too thin, and seems to be of very good quality. A huge improvement over the baggy, too-hot, easily snagged terry cloth one I had been using! This robe looks refined, grown up, and a little bit vintage. It doesn't gap or drag or make me look bigger than I am ( I'm 5'1" and wear small-medium sizes). It is not too bulky to pack for travel, and you'll want to take it everywhere. I will say that you should carefully follow the washing instructions, I dried mine on medium heat rather than low and it did shrink very slightly. Still works fine and I wont make that mistake again, this robe is a great value and exactly what I wanted.

I can wear this and forget it. Washed well. It is a grey color so I wore without washing (no problems). Post wash it feels as good as new. I have not judged absorbency. It feels like a cotton garment - 'sturdy comfort.' It's not a 'soft' fabric but for me, just right. Well made. Would buy again. It may not take me thru the winter so I'll be looking for another weight if necessary. (South CA, 5 miles from coast.)

I bought this robe to wear before and after swimming (laps, hot tubs, etc.). I ordered a L/XL even though I usually wear a Women's XXL - and it fits fine (so it does run big). I haven't washed it yet, but I have taken it to my rec center and worn it. So far, there are things I like and things I don't like:Pro's: The color (Sapphire) is very pretty. I like the kimono style, because it is easy to take on and off without having to zip or button. The pockets are deep and useful. The material definitely absorbs water - you could even skip the towel when you first get out of the water.Con's: The length. If you look at the pictures of the different colors this robe comes in, you see two distinctly different lengths (several inches different). Mine is the longer one, even though the blue is pictured shorter. This should have been an option, and I would have chosen the shorter. ** The biggest drawback of this robe is that when it is wet it is EXTREMELY heavy! It rolls up small enough for my sports bag, but it feels like it adds 10 pounds! This is such a disappointment that I may end up wearing the robe at home and buying another one to take with me.

Beautiful blue. A bit too long and large for my tiny mum, but they did not have smaller than X-Small/Small.

Warm and absorbing nice right out of the shower

I got this for my mom’s Mother’s Day gift. She is rather petite so sometimes even small is too big. This came and I just loved the bright pink colour, and it is a light weight waffle style. She loved it and it fit her perfect, so that was great.

It’s good for the price. The material is light but not soft. Also I don’t like how it fits on me. I ordered extra small.
