Apart from the fact that these wont charge whilst inside the controller, they are perfect.They last much longer than any of the other rechargeable battery packs and are easy to charge in the supplied charger.

Last a long time, charge in 3 hours.
Used them in my Xbox controllers now for a few years and they still hold charge well. Great quality, I also have the charger for them which charge them in about 3 hours.

Work as intended and then some.
Had to buy a separate pack of batteries for the house because we have 2 Xboxes now. They last pretty long, charge quickly and are easy to change. No complains from me!
