I know that these LED stage lights are not meant to last forever. Yet I have barely had them for more than a year and one of the LED lights has already stopped working completely. Forget talking to customer service as they will remind you very quickly that if it is going past a year they don't care. All I asked for was for an exchange or replacement of the defective LED light. Yet they didn't care and to add further insult they actually offered a $5 refund. So your best bet is to find something that has better durability and customer service that will be helpful. Instead of blowing you off because all they care about is profit. They made that abundantly clear, especially pointing out that then now I must go to Amazon customer service, knowing full well the Amazon return window has already expired. Okay no problem, you want to be greedy so be it. I hope enough Amazon customers find out your true intention and back away from all your products so that you go out of business.
