I love love this heating pad so much it's almost constantly in use. The pure enrichment company has replaced 2 for free when they go out it has a 5 yr warranty and the company makes sure you are completely satisfied with it I had to buy a different until company got back to me and I hate it it was thin flimsy and could feel every wore, pure enrichments is plush and very comfortable to sleep on

This item is one I would buy over and over there times you need that warmth if your sore tired or in pain and it delivers

The remote didn’t work , it didn’t heat up I want my money back…it is soft though

This is a lifesaver for when it's that time of the month. No more having to walk all the way downstairs and wait, writhing in pain, while I microwave a heating pad, then walk all the way back upstairs. I can just wake up, plug this in, and heat my cramps away in about 10-20 minutes. I've had this heating pad for almost 5 years and it still works great! I love it!

Smaller than I expected. Can't blame the pad for that. It worked great for a while. Then it quit. A heating pad that I got at the drug store at the same time (needed larger) is still working.
