The Maxwell Daily Reader: 365 Days of Insight to Develop the Leader Within You and Influence Those Around You

If you don’t want to inundate yourself with reading leadership books just read a lesson from The Maxwell Daily Reader every day. I bought this book about 3 quarters through 2017 and it doesn’t disappoint. There are 5 books that I read daily. 2 are quote books which are great: Tony Robbins “101 Greatest Quotes” and “The Inspirational Quotes Ultimate Collection”. And 3 daily readers: “The Maxwell Daily Reader”, Napoleon Hill’s “ Positive Action Plan” and Dr. Shad Helmstetter’s: “365 Days of Positive Talk”. The Maxwell Daily Reader focuses on Leadership, it’s a must!

I have read several of John Maxwell’s books on leadership and have learned a lot of valuable skills that have helped me in both my business and personal life. Not surprisingly, when assembling a collection of “success” books to give to my son as a gift for his 21st birthday, John Maxwell came to mind. I was having a hard time deciding which book to give my son and then I came across this book. This Daily Reader is AWESOME! Why? Because it incorporates the timeless leadership principles and wisdom from John Maxwell’s many books into a day to day format that allows the reader to put the skills into practice one day at a time! What a perfect answer to my problem! I couldn’t wait to get the book and read through it before I gave it to my son. All I can say is WOW. It is so much better than I had even hoped! The 365 days’ worth of leadership principles and daily action steps in this book are awesome. My son loves it and I can see already that it is helping my son to develop leadership skills and to positively influence people in his life. This book is a definite must have for anyone who loves writings of John Maxwell, and for anyone who wants to make their life better, one day at a time! I use this book daily! It sits on my desk as a daily reference that gives me inspiration everyday during my work shifts. Maxwell has a special passage for each day of the year and his words are very inspiring. I definitely reccommend this book to anyone who need that extra daily inspiration at work. Just keep this book handy on your desk and open it up every morning and read the passage of the day!

First, let me say that I love John C. Maxwell - his books are very motivating. This book is one of his best, in my opinion, because it has short, daily entries. I can read a 1 - 2 page daily motivator and be on my way.

I've purchased this for myself then I bought 3 more for others. The book is a short daily read that gets the mind to think daily of a different topic. I'd recommend this to anyone in leadership or anyone who likes making continuous growth in their lives.

i'm a tremendous fan of Maxwell. This is a wonderful daily reader. i'm not usually into these daily reader styles, however this one has me hooked. it's always a thought provoking snippet of wisdom that helps me start my day strong and proves relevant day after day. I read this book every single day at lunch time. It gives me thought-provoking action statements at the end of the daily statement. I've always been a very fond follower of John C Maxwell, this one did not let me down. I highly recommend it, because it gives statements throughout many of his books, and then references the books if you would like to continue reading about it

I ordered two books, one was smaller than the other so naturally it was on top of the other book. The cardboard was so tight around the books that the bottom one wrapped around the top one. Mind you it is just the top corner of a few pages, but that's not what I paid for and I am OCD.
