Horrible Company
worthless company - they stopped supporting this product and didn't even let people know will never buy monster product again

1728 reasons not to buy
As it says in a previous review, these do not work. I bought 1728 for resale but now I will not sell them because I have discovered that they are trash. Do not buy one. There is no customer support. There is no app available to operate it. Without the app the energy monitor does not work. It is completely trash.

This product no longer works as a switch
To be clear, this product won't work as an app-control switch because Monster has disabled the server that this switch requires to function. Monster has stopped supporting this product and has apparently sold all customer data to a company called Presence who then bugs you to buy their products.It will continue to work as a surge protector but with the redundant circuitry for the now-defunct switch I can't imagine it being very power-efficient.
