These are perfect for dispensing cayenne pepper without heartburn or mouth burn. I like the 00 size because they are easier to fill. Take a hard plastic drinking straw such as found in covered water cups, cut the straw in half (lengthwise) for about 2 inches (measured from one end of straw), then remove one of the halves. Put your cayenne pepper in a round bottom bowl, and use the cut end of the straw as a scoop. The straw fits perfectly into the gelatine capsule, and by gently turning the straw back and forth, the cayenne pepper will flow easily into it. It also helps to turn your air conditioner on and cool your home 3 or 4 degrees to remove humidity about half an hour before filling the capsules. This will prevent the cayenne pepper from clumping.

I do a lot of capsules at home, so I was looking for a larger package of capsules. These work just fine. I have two capsule filling machines. "The capsule machine," which fills 24 at a time and a larger format one that does 100 at a time. The capsules occasionally catch a bit on the smaller unit and I have had a couple squished capsules, but mostly due to my impatience. They work flawlessly and smoothly on my larger capsule filling machine. I'm unclear on why there's a difference in performance between my capsule machines. Recommended.

Splendid. Helps with the passing of minerals, orally that is. Iron paperclips can be crumpled with pliers to fit the 00 size. Small rocks fit but are alot of work to come by. Works better for small metal pieces and things. Good protective coating for you inside and out.

I bought a capsule filling device on Amazon as well. I heartily recommend getting both. However, a warning here, which has nothing to do with the quality of the gel caps. THEY WILL MELT IF THERE IS ANY WATER LEFT IN YOUR MIXTURE. I use water to bring up the level of fluid in my CBD oil concoction. Normally, I'd refrigerate the oil and pour off the water, but I guess I didn't get it all and the capsules melted. Totally my own stupidly, but I hope you learn from my lesson. Now I'm of to make Tumeric caps. Really great product.
