Trade Winds Lighting TW2007BK Berkeley Lake 52" Contractor Grade Ceiling Fan in Black With LED Light

This Is an awesome fan for the price. Very easy to assemble. We bought 3 total for our house. We had a problem with one, the motor wasn’t working properly, but I called the customer service and they sent me a new fan motor in no time. These things happen, but as long as they make it right, I’ll always leave a great review. Great fan, great price, and great customer service.

I wanted to replace the 20+ year old ceiling fan when I redid our bedroom. I have been replacing everything with LED when I can. Wanted black to match the furniture and the wall plates that I put in. Took me about 2 hours to take out the old and put in the new and I have never done a ceiling fan before.Just a note this fan does not come with a remote but I think you can order one for it but I haven't yet so I don't know what will work with it or if a remote works.

I love the color and look of this fan BUT the edge of the blades are rough. You can not dust them with a duster. They are so rough any dust wants to stick to them bad. I don’t know how they want you to clean them.

This is the first fan that was perfectly balanced after being installed, can't hear any noise at all, I highly recommend it

Perfect for the rice! We had it professionally installed and we use Hue white light in it (smart lights)

It was missing a connecter had to strip the wires to connect the wires together.

This is an attractive, quiet, fixture. Updated the look of my living room.

I love this fan. I bought two for my new kitchen and they fit perfectly with the style. They are simple and we’re easy to hang!
