Perfect backup PC, runs silently and many useful features
Having been without a PC for a couple of weeks recently and unable to access my documents, I thought it would be a great idea to buy a backup computer. This mini PC is incredibly small but has a wealth of features including a bracket to mount the pc on the back of a tv or monitor, dual wifi, bluetooth, an RJ45 socket, 2x USB 2.0 and 2x USB 3.0 sockets, VGA and HDMI video outputs, a micro SD card slot, a 3.5mm stereo jack headphone socket and an OTG socket. As you can see from the attached photos, I added a 256GB 2.5" SSD drive, a 128GB Micro SD Card and a 256GB USB memory stick to increase my storage options. I really love that you can hang the pc on the back of a television or monitor to keep all of the cables hidden and with an SSD operation is completely silent. I added a Plex server to the unit so that I can access my music collection and office files wherever I go. Microsoft Office runs very smoothly on this unit although I would recommend storing the program files on an SSD drive to save system storage space. In all honesty, the graphics are probably a little slow for the latest games, but for all the useful features at this price, definitely worthy of 5 stars and a perfect backup solution.

Great mini pc
I tried a mini PC years ago in their early days and wasn't impressed but i am with this on, i was very suprised. The unit is nice in design and comes with lots of ports on to be able to connect different devices. I have used a wireless mouse and keyboard combo and set this up in my home office and have had no faults setting it up. As it comes pre loaded with a great version of Windows i set things up simply and quickly. The only niggles i have is that the power connector is a bit lose so could do wit a better connection and the storage could be bigger. Other than that i love it.

Amazing multi-purpose PC that is absolutely silent
I've been playing about with the idea of having a home server for a long time. I've had a rasperry pi before but didn't like using linux. I then got an old windows desktop from about 10-15 years ago that ran Windows XP on it to use. That worked okay and seemed to be powerful enough for some uses but it had several problems. It was running an old operating system that wasn't compatible with a lot of apps, it was very large, it was loud and it used a lot of electricity. So that's when I see this listed on Amazon. Far less expensive than a full size desktop would be and likewise a much smaller size and power consumption. It's running Windows 10 with a modern Intel processor, 4GB of RAM and has an SSD built in.It arrives the day after I order it and has all the cables and everything I needed included. I took an old keyboard and hooked it up to the TV to set up. It's the standard process for setting up a Windows 10 PC and I was up and running in a few minutes. I set it up so I could remotely access it on my laptop but from the brief experience of using it connected to the TV I can say with confidence that with the right software (it's running Windows so there will be software) it will make the perfect media centre PC.Using it has been absolutely fantastic. Once I had it set up I put it in my loft next to my broadband router (as pictured) and only remotely connect to it when needed. It's fast, compatible with everything (being modern hardware running Windows). Performance seems to be great, haven't tested it but no apps I've ran have been slow at all. There are no fans on it so it literally doesn't make noise, and you can see from the pictures how small it is. Doesn't get in the way at all.If anybody has any questions or wants me to do any performance tests ask as a product question and I'll try and answer them :)

Slow and un-flexible - you cannot benefit from installing linux
First of all: windows runs very slow, everything is slow - takes seconds to load youtube and seconds to play something on youtube. Then it freezes during playing so I can't imagine how streaming from Netflix would look like. I gave it another chance as I wanted to run Ubuntu on it anyways - I could not find any way to identify the wireless network adapter and therefore there's no way (or straight forward way) to connect to your wireless network on linux as there's probably no drivers for it. Don't really know what you could use this pc for as if it's not good for streaming, then I can't picture the performance when gaming ... or developing. The only good thing is that - it is quiet. Storage is also not a problem because you can use external drives.

Great for streams like Netflix
This acepc is ok for browsing the net and watching Netflix or Amazon prime - you tube and so on. Can be a bit slow loading pages or opening files. But for the price i paid as I got it in a deal. I'm very happy with it. As I use it in bedroom just for streaming videos to be honest. I got a much powerful pc in the house for other jobs. Like I ripped a lot of my blu ray films into files on to hard drive so I can just plug the hard drive into the acepc upstairs and watch them on that. So I don't need a blu ray player upstairs. So this little pc that don't take up no space is great for little jobs like streaming movies or a surfing the net. I no most TVs come with Netflix - Amazon prime - you tube. And you can watch most hard drives with video files on to your tv. But me why I went for this I still find keyboard and a mouse a lot easier to use when I want to do stuff. Like I said if you want a pc to use daily for home work. go for a better pc than this...

Basically useless
Don't waste your money on this. It is far too under powered to cope with even the most basic of tasks. Youtube videos were awful, slow and out of sync for the first 10 - 15 seconds, webpages load slowly and even text input lags behind keyboard strokes. Its asthetically pleasing, its very light and small and the promises it makes are quite appealing, but trust me, it delivers on none of them. Returned mine and will wait for the returns process. Thankfully Amazon have a good returns service.Again, don't be fooled....this is not what you want.
