I guarantee all the one star reviews have something wrong with their set up, not the amp. I did have issues properly grounding my wire so it was cutting in and out at first. Moved the ground wire to a more conductive spot, haven't had an issue since. My subs are 300 RMS each, so I bought an amp that slightly bigger than that. If you buy an amp that's too small, it won't work the way you want it to. Even if you do have it installed by a professional audio shop. Be honest with yourself, if you don't know what you're doing, ask someone for help choosing an amp that is right for you.
