I’m a photographer and I needed a very sturdy entry level backdrop stand and these right here beat my expectations. All accessories are very easy to use , the size is great for a small space, it is light weight and strong.

It does the job well enough and is easy to set up so we're happy and I'm sure we'll get a lot of use out of it before it'll need replacing. But I have three gripes worthy of mention. The extendable top cross bar could do with a way to lock off the length you extend it to so it can't move. As it is it can easily shorten or lengthen depending on what force is placed on it. That would also help keep the whole frame rigid. Which leads me to my other gripe. The sand bags are the only way to really add enough force/weight to counteract the weight of the backdrop. Without them, because the top pole can easily shorten under force, the upright stands can easily fall inward. The sandbags do the job but they're not particularly well designed to fit around the feet of the stands so you kind of have to wedge them in whatever position you can. Could have been better designed to fit on the feet or secure to the bottom of the upright pole. And last gripe is the bag. You might think when designing this product that it would be appeared useful to provide a bag big enough to fit the stands, the sandbags (when filled) and the backdrop this was specifically designed to display. But no they apparently didn't think that far ahead. In addition to the stand you can just about get one of the sandbags and your backdrop in the bag, in a way that will probably break the zip fairly quickly. Leaving one of the sandbags out. We have to wrap the handles thru the sandbag so it's at least with the bag with the rest of the stuff. It's not an ideal solution. The clamps that come with this kit are a bit pointless if you intend on doing this properly. Wish they'd have saved the money and not bothered supplying those and just provided a bigger bag. Overall tho it works well enough and was relatively well priced.

It does the job really! When the top bar is extended to the width it bends/dips in the middle so you wouldn’t be able to hang anything heavy on it without some serious warping to your backdrop. It’s not very sturdy so if you have children or pets running around you’d need to be a little careful but that’s not a massive issue. The weight bags, as stated in the description, come empty so I’m sure if you filled them up and placed them at the bottom of the stand it would feel more secure but I’ve not had to use them just yet. The carrier it come in isn’t very good quality and there’s the possibility that the poles will slide out at the end since it’s not a fully sewn closed bag but I was able to stitch it up to combat that, or you can purchase a new bag if you plan to travel with it. Overall I think it’s a good product if you’re maybe new to studio set ups and don’t want to spend a lot of money of a backdrop stand

Very sturdy, easy to assemble. Used it for a nikkah, turned out pretty well, it did come with bags for weights but I didn’t need to use these as the quality was amazing! Was very happy with the end result😍

I bought this stand for family photos and small event setups, and it has worked well so far. Assembly is straightforward and does not require any tools. The adjustable width and height make it flexible for different backdrops, and the included clamps hold the material securely without damaging it. The stand is lightweight enough to move around easily, but it does need the included sandbags when fully extended or when used outdoors. Without weight, it can feel a little top-heavy, especially with a heavier backdrop. The carrying bag is also useful because everything fits inside without taking up much storage space. This is not heavy-duty professional studio equipment, but for home photography, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, or occasional event work, it is a very good value. Overall, it does exactly what I needed and is easy to store when not in use.
