Spiky Dastards Game

After reading the reviews for this game, I knew I had to buy it. This is a dumb game.This is not a kids game and it will probably hurt someone who plays. The first time I pulled it out I beat someone to a grab and they smashed my hand on the spikes. It hurt. But that's where this game shines, the absurdity. I personally use it as a drinking game. It's very simply to learn and there is only 1 weird part which is the nubby dastards. They are depicted with rounded spikes instead of points and it's hard to tell the first time you play. You will probably need house rules on how people can grab them otherwise you get people just hovering over and scooping them.If you wanted to make it less painful you could easily sand their points down but I think the fear adds to the game. I got it for $7 and we had a few laughs our first time playing so I think it's worth it.

My cousin and I got buzzed and broke this game out during a birthday party and it had us in stitches! We were laughing, yelling at each other, and injuring ourselves with reckless abandon. We had my 4 year old be the card turner for extra chaos. Can’t wait to bring this out at the holidays!

Our kids are in their 20’s and we like to keep the holidays fun. This game had us all on the door fighting for a spiky dastardly or buckled over in laughter. I would highly recommend this game for family fun!

I bought this as a little quick and refreshing party game. And so far we love it.You'll likely play multiple games in a row. It takes about 15'. It's fun. The dastards look great.

We love this game! It’s so fun! You have to be a bit of a quick thinker to be competitive but my husband and I LOVE it! My whole family is buying their own because they enjoyed it so much!

Received quickly, which is a surprise for Amazon lately (not holiday related as this was earlier in the year) but was received broken (game container) and did not contain rule booklet. Incomplete, broken item.

This is one of my favorite games! Beware on soft surfaces! These will destroy cheap surfaces instantly. Little hands beware, I was impaled by one of these in an intense game.

Legit, I don't know who's idea it was to green light this game. I'd rather be Jesus because at least he didn't pay for $20 to get spikes through my hands.
