MXBAOHENG WBT-2 Electric Scissors, Cordless & Plug-in Dual Power

If I could give this more stars, I would! These scissors are worth every penny. I am a costume designer currently working on two shows. I purchased these because the 90 yards of upholstery fabric that I chose to make 40 coats for a show was heavier than I expected and was taking entirely too long to cut with my sewing shears. These scissors feel good in your hand and cut beautifully. They are very easy to use, and raced through several layers of very thick fabric cleanly. They also work well with thinner fabrics. I was able to cut all of the curves, notches and other fussy bits of my patterns with no problems. They've also got a long run time. Over the course of four days, I used them constantly/continuously for 2-3 hours at a clip, and got about 9.5 hours from a single battery charge. They didn't overheat or stall out with continuous use like other cheap electric scissors. Recharging the battery took just under two hours, and while it was charging I was able to keep going by using the corded adapter. One note: if you're using them for extended times (more than two hours) you might want to wear an anti-vibration glove.

I wish I had purchased the scissors years ago. When I was a teenager, I had electric singer years and they actually still work with the cord however they’re not very sharp. These scissors are phenomenal. They cut through multiple layers of fabric like you were taking a sharp knife through a piece of butter. The ease of doing angles and circles and such is just fantastic. When cutting out patterns I always like to cut the little diamonds and areas for matching with these scissors. There’s absolutely no problem in doing that. If you like to Sew, I suggest you buy yourself a pair.

I was looking for a pair of electric scissors having never owned or used them, so I relied on product research and online reviews. Looking toward future possible projects, I purchased these because of the many positive reviews, the ergonomic design and the versatility of functions. My first project entailed upcycling 100% wool Army blankets. The thought of having to cut the heavy blankets into large squares by hand sounded too painful and labor intensive. I marked where I needed to cut and WOW! These things had the job done effortlessly in no time flat. Had I done this same job by hand with manual scissors, it would have taken a couple of hours, created blisters and my hands would have ached with the effort.

I'm a caretaker for an 8 unit apartment complex out here in San Mateo CA, where recycling is in full force. We are allotted 3 blue wheelie bins inside a trash room for recyclables. Tenants don't break down corrugated cardboard boxes very well. This little WBT-2 cutter cuts through cardboard like a hot knife through butter. Use caution, however, because the "A" blade is very, very sharp and if you are not cautious serious finger injury can occur. Please ensure flattened boxes are on a level surface with an edge to allow cutting in a straight line. This unit will easily cut through double and thick vegetable corrugated flattened cardboard boxes with ease, but user has to flatten boxes first. Highly recommend this WBT-2. Update: 112022 @ 1436 CA time--> this unit is ideal for corrugated cardboard boxes after they've been flattened. This unit rips through cardboard like there is no tomorrow. As mentioned above "A" blades are sharp. Use caution. Wear gloves. Pay attention. This is not a toy. Highly highly recommend WBT-2!!

Change my life. Used on LONGGG strips of brown paper for decorating for VBS in the hallways. But it was great for wrapping presents where you can fast and easily with ONE hand while the other hand holds the annoying paper roll. Bought two, gave one to my friend who loved it for the cutting of decorations she does. Big PROS: New battery if needed can be purchased right here on amazon, very comforable to hold and use. AND, it comes with a corded option so you can use if without batter as long as you want. Well designed and thought out and parts are available.

This is a great gadget! I have not had any problems cutting through fleece, cardboard and I even used it on some rubber backing carpet tiles. The heads are easy to change out. I love it! I will buy this again when I need to replace it. My only complaint is there is no safety switch or button so if you set it down and accidentally bump the trigger it will cut you.

This thing is awesome. I don’t know how I lived without it. I’m using it for fiberglass boat projects. Takes all the work out of cutting the cloth.

These electric scissors have been great for cutting up boxes for recycling amongst other things. It makes the job so much quicker and easier. Changing blade type requires the use of a small screwdriver, but it is a quick process. So far the battery life has been great.

La forbice taglia bene anche in curva, ho provato con diversi tipi di stoffe e con il cartone e non fa una piega. Taglia bene anche il cuoio fino a 3mm, il 5 non riesce proprio a prenderlo, ma era dichiarato quindi nulla da dire. Aggiornamento: passo da 2 a 5 stelle. Mi era arrivato il cavo del caricabatterie sbagliato. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti e dopo 1 settimana mi é arrivato il cavo corretto, quindi ora il prodotto é perfetto!
