M118dw + XL Black Toner

After our technology changed enough (ok my technology) that my old HP1320N just wouldn’t communicate with the new stuff (iPad & iPhone) it was time to change when the toner cartridge needed refill/replacing. So after a bit of research I picked this HP118dw. Frankly, I’m impressed with the price/size/quality/speed, it’s still too new to rave about it’s reliability.Set up took longer as I my Mac is not available. While I can do what I need to do on my iPad, I’m not as comfortable with doing stuff (haven’t done it enough). So rather than about 10 minutes, It took me 25, no big deal. I over thought the instructions and had to go back to step on. Very few people are, well, this stupid. Odds are you will not have any problem setting it up, especially from a Windows or Mac box.The only bad thing I can say about it is the amount of time the printer cartridge that came with it last. I ordered the X-size cart with her so when I said low, and eventually starting to miss-fill some letters on the page, I swapped it out.Simple, straight forward, WOW, IMHO, HP has got it right.My son’s girlfriend’s Window PC works great, all of our Apple stuff talks with it fine. I don’t need to hardwire it to the network any more, dang this wireless stuff makes life easy.Two thumbs WAY WAY up on this product

The printer looks great, easy to use, and prints fast. I don't like the high pitch sound it makes when it prints.
