Love the color (blue), and the material is very sturdy. Love that it has pockets inside, can carry a small towel. The outside pocket is great for your keys, small wallet, and cell phone. It give you extra space inside as well! Very easy to carry, the strap is wide to carry on your shoulder! You will not be disappointed.

I ordered the Gaiam Essentials Thick Yoga Mat 24x72 mat and ordered the Gaiam cargo bag to go with it. Their cargo bag wasn't sewn correctly at the ends and thus didn't fit the mat. So I returned it and ordered this one. I was concerned the bag would be too big but actually it fits perfects. I'm a happy customer!

I had been looking for a yoga mat bag for quite a while and wasn't super impressed with some of the options out there as I wanted my entire mat to be inside a bag and I didn't want to wear a backpack. I stumbled upon YogaAddict and saw their Yoga Mat Bag and got pretty excited. My yoga mat is a little longer than most and thick so it would take just the right dimensions to fit it. After reading countless reviews and looking at the pictures provided I decided to purchase one. I chose the grey, it was subtle looking and I have a purple mat so I didn't want my colors to clash :) I received it within 3 days of ordering it and promptly opened it. To my surprise it was better quality than I thought it would be. The material is sturdy, durable, and it looks great! I super the infinity sign on it. My mat fits perfectly in the bag. I also put my towel and water in there too. Can I tell you how much I LOVE the pockets!! (One on the outside and one on the inside) My phone, keys, wallet, sunglasses used to just sit on the floor while I did yoga but now they all have a place. I have an iPhone 6+ and it fits with extra room.I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will totally recommend this to everyone I know and random strangers walking about! :)

This is a very nice yoga bag with interior and exterior pockets, adjustable strap and air flow slots. The bag is well made with lined canvas. I would have given the bag a 5 star rating but for a couple of minor points: the exterior pocket is slightly too small to fit my wallet into and I would have like to have had a set of low handles and the longer strap. But, I'm very pleased with my purchase. The bag is large enough for the Manduka Prolight mat (mat I use) and could fit the Manduka Pro with some manipulation to get it through the zipper into the interior of the bag. With my mat there is also room for a towel, strap and water bottle.. but not for blocks.

For a long time, I have been looking for a yoga bag big enough for my cushy Harbinger yoga mat (24" wide by 72" long. 3/8" thick) plus a small amount of miscellaneous stuff (yoga strap, towel, toe socks, emergency money, etc). The closest I could come was the Bean Products Extra Large Yoga Bag 27" L x 7" D, just long enough so that I could just barely stuff in my mat, with a plastic bag containing other necessaries wedged in behind it. But due to the thickness of the mat, I couldn't close the zipper. It was sort of workable -- but occasionally, if I didn't pack it properly, the plastic bag would fall out while I was walking or running along the sidewalk.All my stuff fits easily into this EXTRA large bag, ,with plenty of room to spare that I don't really need, but it's not so excessively big that stuffl bounces around in an annoying way. For carrying, I set the strap to the shortest possible length, so that it will stay close to my body. Was pleasantly surprising that I can comfortably wear it with the strap across my body. With some other bags I tried, the strap sometimes felt as though it were strangling me. A crossbody strap is a really imporant feature for me, since I often find myself running to catch the bus, and it's a bloody pita to have to keep pulling the strap back up onto my shoulder. I like the convenient pocket on the outside for stuff you need to get at quickly.Obviously, the PERFECT bag for my personal (quirky) taste would be a little bit smaller (and perhaps come in some different colors), but for those who need to carry a whole lot of extra stuff (change of clothes, shoes, etc.), the extra space should be welcome.:After only using it for one week, I obviously can't report on durability, but the material seems sturdy and the bag seems well constructed. I'm really pleased that after a long search, I finally found a bag to hold my nice thick yoga mat (which is so kind to my creaky old bones that it has earned first-class treatment [g]).

I have been looking at other more expensive brands which shall not be named. However, the other brands charge tons of money without giving as much functionality. I don't feel the need to bring a separate purse or gym bag with me as this mat bag is roomy enough for my Manduka pro mat, my chunky wallet, 32 ounce water bottle (unfilled), keys and iPhone. There's extra room after that for a light sweater, yoga strap or small blanket. The mat bag is roomy, but I do not feel that it is chunky or too big. It feels just the right size and ergonomic. The strap was easy to adjust for my 5'4" frame and I think it would adjust well for taller yogis, too. It's been convenient for trips to the yoga studio so far. I think it'll also be easy to bring with me to campus on days that I have class (I'm in graduate school). I'm thinking about getting some decorative patches to individualize my bag, but I also love the purple color just as it is.

I use the Manduka pro 5mm mat that is 27” long and wanted a bag with extra room to throw my towels and keys and even water bottle in and this is perfect. It’s quite large and can fit pretty much everything you’d need for your yoga class! There’s a mesh pocket inside for keys and glasses and the bigger one on the outside for whatever else. The material is durable and there’s some air vents which I really like so smells don’t accumulate in the bag if you can’t run straight home and wash the towels etc.
