I use them every day in conjunction with a simple interval timer on my phone, I set a rest period of 20 seconds between each set of reps, just in time to turn the card to the next exercise. I find them even simpler than a wall chart, and if you get bored with the same thing every day simply look for and insert a new card, or shuffle them up. Its a pity they have gone out of stock as if I had known how good they are I would have bought both volumes of the dumbell training set. Hopefully once a certain situation eases we will see new supplies in the UK.
