Very good true story. Casey was one tough guy and lived through a lot of tough times..great read.

It gives a good overview of rodeo life and tells tales about Casey that he probably would rather not be told.

Casey Tibbs was my childhood hero. Little did I know then that my hero was an alcoholic and chronic gambler for a good portion of his life. This saddened me as I read this book. In the end he died broke but what a hero he was. Thanks Rusty Richards for writing this book and telling us what a great guy my childhood hero really was.

Great autobiography of one of the greatest saddle bronc riders in the history of the sport. Ian Tysan, the Canadian singer & songwriter, wrote a song about Casey Tibbs that encapsolated his career. Casey was one of a kind as Ian said in his song, "there will never be another one like him" and there never has been. This book is a must read for anybody who's heard the name Casey Tibbs and wondered who he was.

very well written, gives a real insight to casey tibbs, both the good and the bad.

I loved this book. It was a delightful read and I learned so much about Casey Tibbs. Some of the pranks he pulled made me laugh out loud and the end made me cry. I am now interested in reading more about the old timers in the rodeo world.

Just what my dad wanted! He loved it. South Dakota boys!
