Don’t hesitate just try it!
Calcium and Magnesium is something nearly everyone is low on and should be taking. I love that this is gluten free, non gmo, and has no fillers. I have tried a few different kinds and this is the only one I will use. I can feel the difference especially when I forget to order and run out for a day or two.

low calcium content
I am very disappointed to see that each capsule contains only 100 mg of calcium. Recommended dose of calcium for postmenopausal women is 1200 mg daily. I take prolia and have osteoporosis. I must take 1200 mg daily. Therefore, I would need to take 12 capsules daily to receive the recommended dosage. I will not buy these again. In fact, not very happy with the brand Professional Botanicals. I feel cheated.
