Can tell the difference
I've been taking these for 2 weeks, I've been trying to to lose weight and also have a gluten intolerance. Since taking these I've noticed my digestion seems much better, the weight is also coming off a little easier too. I also take the TDN Liver pro and I know that they definitelywork as my liver function results are better and my cholesterol is coming down. Can't wait to see what the addition of these does to help my overall health

Promising
I haven’t actually tried them yet, I will update this review once I have, but they certainly seem promising for the price. They have more strains than another product I’ve been using which costs roughly the same amount for fewer capsules.

Great price great price
I found they were easy to swallow and great value for money. Taking them really gives me the confidence I am getting quality bacteria in my gut I find it helps settles it down after food. There are so many medicines that can damage the gut microbiology so it is essential to keep it in great shape and this helps a lot.

Effective after antibiotics or for any digestive problems
I started taking these probiotics after the course of antibiotics. And they really did help, immensely! It has variety of bacteria, quite strong effect even from one capsule. It sorted my digestive system and bloating. I would recommend.

Good for gut health
Been taking these for a while now to help with uncomfortable bloating. I have noticed over the past 2 months that bloating is much less frequent particularly after I eat. I had to look for an alternative to the commercial yoghurt drinks as they left me gagging. These are it, fairly easy to swallow and doing a good job.

Promotes obesity
I'm very disappointed these are promoted for a healthy lifestyle and to suddenly have a large weight gain which took me a little while to figure out because you wouldn't expect weight gain with a probiotic! Acidophilus, causes weight gain in most people! Why wouldn't you put that as a warning especially for those who are trying to lose weight and suddenly having large gains (this can trigger people's eating disorders!) Stay well away unless you want to gain weight!

Seems good
Iv been taking these a few days now and am noticing differences in my energy levels already. I have tried various probiotics in the past and have to say these are fast acting and seem good so far!

Helps with IBS
I suffer from IBS. After a course of antibiotics to help fight tonsilitis I was suffering from my stomach was left in agony- and I needed to use the toilet about 6 or 7 times a day. A bit desperate I decided to try these. No regrets- they helped return my stomach to normal (or as close to normal as you can get with IBS). I was so impressed I continued to buy them. They haven't exactly cured my IBS but I definitely have a more regular bowel movement with them than without- and they've also helped reduce flatulence and the occasional pains.
