Item was packed well and arrived in excellent condition.The size on this is deceptive to an extent, however. The measurement listed is 11.5 inches by 9.25 inches. That measure is from rim to rim of the top. But the sides are sloped, and the bottom measurement is 9 inches by 6.5 inches (height is 2 inches). I have not used it yet, but the quality is good and sturdy, just a little smaller than I was expecting.Pouring water into it, the useful capacity in my opinion, would be 6cups/3 pints/1.5 quarts in the US.I don't have enough smarts to figure out litres or millilitres.I am not returning it, but noting this as something to keep in mind, useful information.

I've had a red & white speckle ware pan for over 10 years cooks great easy to clean, my sister wanted one so I bought this one for her.....She loves it. What do you do when you find the perfect pan ? Buy another one in a different color of course.

I love my enamelware. This is a great size for casseroles and I love the color. Very easy to clean

I saw these baking dishes on Jamie Olivers cooking show. They reminded me so much of my childhood long ago in England. I didn't think I would be able to get them here in the USA. I absolutely love them - easy to clean and cook beautifully being some sort of metal core - not tin like the old days.

Really enjoying this enamel cooking tray that I got for about $25. It is a little bigger than the large burner on our electric stove top. Just have to move it back and forth to ensure even cooking. I use it to grill veggies, cook ground beef, bake rice, etc... This product helps remind me to cook smaller portioned meals. I will buy another one to have as a backup. Not sure about its lifespan yet, but it has withstood our dish washer and it looks the same as when I got it.

Got the open roaster. This is my new favorite pan! Lightweight, great finish, durable, beautiful and so easy to clean! This size fits perfectly in my Cuisinart toaster/convection oven. I have used it to make breakfast bakes, cookies, side dishes for my family of four and to reheat leftovers. It is dishwasher safe but it’s so easy to wash up that I’ve been hand washing every time and I have zero complaints. I plan to add more Crow Canyon to my collection once they are restocked.

I’ve seen Chef Jamie Oliver use one of these on his televised “Ultimate Veg” show to cook up many a tasty casserole, pasta dish or stew. I was needing something to make smaller lasagnas and other oven dishes in after our daughter moved out to get married so we didn’t end up with so many leftovers and this fit the bill perfectly! It’s just right for two.

Cleans up really good. Perfect size for smaller pies or casseroles. Love it.

With a little care, they last forever and they have a multitude of uses, from oven to stove top to table.

The roaster is exactly what we needed.
