Equine Science 2e 2nd Edition

I purchased this book several years ago for an Equine Studies class that I took in college. This book is a well of information and very descriptive, lots of helpful diagrams and has everything you need to know about a horses anatomy. I have since graduated from college (about 5 years graduated) with a minor in Equine Studies and I decided this was one book that I would keep if I ever needed to go back to look up some information that I needed, I realize most questions can be answered with google but this goes into great detail and I don't have to spend hours web surfing to find what I need. ( call me old school *shrugs*)

this book totally rocks i learned things i never knew before. loaded with facts! if i had to choose one book to keep forever i would definetly pick this one

An easy to read, well laid out book on equine science. This books covers all major anatomy and physiology at a level anyone can understand.I have other animal physiology books to cross reference if I need a more indepth explanation. An ideal first text on equine science, very useful for anyone doing a first or higher diploma in equine studies.

Great read

It has as all the information my daughter needs for her course but why text books like this are so expensive is a mystery. Maybe they don't sell enough of them but why should that be our problem ?

Informative, with plenty of diagrams and understandable. Been very helpful for my course that I'm doing so defiantly would recommend!
