Just bought, so not a lot of experience using. However, in the short time I’ve had it, I’m very happy. Easy to install batteries. Easy to load with pepper or salt. And, easy to adjust the grind. Even though it’s very unobtrusive, I don’t care for the company name near the bottom of each grinder. Company names / logos are a pet peeve of mine. When I buy a product, if it has the company name / logo, I am not just buying the product, I’m paying the company to advertise for it. Hate that. There are certain products, such as Izod shirts, that I will not buy because advertizing is built into the logo. Regardless, these seem to be quality products that do their job well. Only tie will tell regarding their reliability and dependability.

These electric S&P are great! They look nice and are easy to use. You can easily adjust the size of the grind based on your needs and it's also nice to be able to grind fresh herbs with one hand and stir or work with raw meat in the other. Would highly recommend this product!

One quit working. If I hold it upside down the grinder turns and makes a nice sound. When I hold it right side up it makes a clicking sound and nothing comes out. I swapped the salt and pepper and the unit acts the same. Batteries are good.

I liked the set very much. Very simple but elegant design. The various settings are an added bonus. I love the light to illuminate your food. I would highly recommend. It would make a lovely gift.

I use a set of good batteries in the peper grinder ever other week. Only use one unit of the two

I returned them, they didn’t work for me
