It's pretty misleading. Not for beginners AT ALL.
I thought it was kind of misleading. TONE. Great! I'm a slim, weak female. Why yes I'd love to tone my body. The females on the cover appear slim and whatever.Open it up... Look through.. Ok ok. I can do this.Start first workout... Look at the details.. It's heavy lifting. HEAVY LIFTING. And to be honest, I have zero problems with that. It's a great way to tone up and, no, ladies, you won't get huge. But this book IS NOT for beginners.I was in tears, sobbing, berating myself for not getting through the first step. (you're supposed to do three sets of four reps of twelve lunges (each leg) with a ten # weight in each hand). So maybe IATA for not automatically looking at that and knowing it isn't beginner, but I'm buying the book for guidance.Of COURSE you'll see results if you can do all that off the bat and can do it for 6 weeks. But I'm sending the book back. It's frankly triggering and misleading (I'm not a fitness expert but I've had my share of body dysmorphia and those are just models, not women who actually do the workouts. To me, that's not cool).

Great workout and nutrition bundle!
Great workout and nutrition bundle! After a week of body boss I am already feeling my muscles burn and I feel stronger already. The workouts are lsid out to be done M-F, but being a shift worker with odd hours I had to modify it some, making the workouts day 1-5 instead. I was able to adapt the program to my schedule nicely. There are 2 gym days which I did not plan for however. I don't necessarily want to get a gym membership so I did a bit of research and swapped out the weight machine exercises for others I could do at home. So far so good! The recipes are actually pretty tasty and do take some prep work but aren't very challenging to make. I like having a laid out meal plan, it definitely helps me stick to the diet a bit better. Overall good product!

Excellent plan, but YOU have to do it to get results.
I struggle with exercise in general, but this set of books was easy to follow and I felt like I had actually worked up a sweat! It’s a matter of motivation, routine and follow through. You can do it!I did not have to buy any extra equipment, and I could do the workouts from home.On my first time through this program I did the pre- training and the full 12 weeks. I followed the meal plan and most of the food was delicious. I lost 30 lbs!I love that this was a one-time investment cost. There are no monthly membership fees, no need for a personal trainer, etc. I didn’t even need internet to stream a video! (Though BodyBoss does offer that too). It made this super affordable and easy to fit into my life.I totally recommend this system, but it totally depends on you to follow the plan. You can do it.
