Large and uncomfortable.
In all fairness, my head is on the smaller side. But this is flipping huge.And if you're cool enough to wear your hat backwards, as I undoubtedly am but the strap / buckle makes it too uncomfortable (with buckle pressing into your forehead).If you want a cap with 50% of the orientational options of a standard cap, buy this one.

Nice quality, but not for me
Very uncomfortable. The hat pressed on the center of my forehead, giving me a headache. It may be the snapback design doesn't work for my skull shape. I can't say for sure, but the hat is a really nice quality.
