I've been using this platform for almost on year and it's high time I write this review. Very happy about this piece of equipment for my home gym, a fancy way of saying that I train in my living room. It's more than a step, it's a bench for bench press with cushions on top for comfort, plus it's sturdy enough for an incline press (5'4" female 130 lbs). Adjusting the height is easy and trouble free, they snap in and out. I don't do step aerobics, rather this is for doing negatives for lunges and split squats. Looks good and no need to put out of sight if visitors come over. It has doubled as a low bench seat when needed. It came with extra rubbers in case one falls off but so far, no mishaps.

Very happy with this purchase. Step is perfect size, very stable and slip proof. I'm working on strengthening my knees.

This is a great workout step and an even better step to use to get into a platform bed! I bought this to make it easier for my wife to get into our platform bed as she has a knee injury that permanently limits mobility. What started out as a great option for the step turned into an annoying oversight by the designers! The legs can easily be stored underneath the step, there are little bays for each step to securely stay out of sight. Turns out if you only use 2 legs and want to store the other 2 the step is dangerous to use! The legs will not lock into position and only barely stay in place. I took 1 star away for such an obvious oversight! Pro: - Easy to assemble - Durable - Will not slide around when in use Con: - leftover legs can NOT be stored while the step is in use!

Very well made and sturdy. Recommended by my PT for Achilles and hip pain. It strengthens my legs as well and helps with balance. The actual step heights can be adjusted with little effort. I am glad I got it.

Works great, I love how tall it is, really makes you step it up with the work outs. I can even lay down and work out my arms.

Simple platform needed for calf raises with the leg extension machine. It’s plastic and does the job. Only complaint is it’s cracked which might affect the life of the product.
