Very nice build quality and sound! I just purchased a jl10tw3 and had it in another ported box I bought off eBay and I was very disappointed in that box. I have this installed in a semi truck and I’m very limited on room so small boxes are all I can work with. This one seemed to be sealed well but after reading comments I decided to just seal the box before I even used it. It is 3/4 mdf and the measurements aren’t exact but still worked fine for my needs. The knew the jl is 9.625 and this box is only about 9.1 but I have a router so was no issue for me. I previously had a ct sounds hydro in a very similar box both ported and sealed and it sounded pretty good but the jl in the box is on another level. Always been a ported guy but I’m really happy with this setup. I’ve ordered probably 8 different boxes and this was the first one to arrive in perfect shape with no flaws or defects. For the money I don’t think you can go wrong with this box.

I was impressed like others after reading reviews on this product. The box was shipped quickly, looks to made very well. Since I have 2014 Fiesta ST and didn't want to fill up the back hatch with a large sub-woofer (12") and a single 8 wasn't enough. I went with this model and installed the MB Quart 10" and it fits under the hatch tray perfect. As with any speaker there is approximately 40 hours of break in but it did hit pretty good with only a 150 watt amp running at 2 ohms.I tried at first with no poly fill, then week later added some and that improved the low end and its been over 40 hours and it even works better, shakes my cabin very well and hits pretty good. If you on a budget and lacking space for sub this is a great whey to go for under $100 for MB Quart sub and box.

This fit under the back seat of my 2018 silverado 1500 crew cab, with about two inches sticking out from under the seat, otherwise fits nicely under the passenger side and you keep the majority of your under seat storage. And it fit with full plastic floor mats. The box is very small and shallow, which is exactly what I was looking for, just be aware of the recommended sealed box size when buying your sub because this box is very small. Also be mindful of your subwoofer xmax if going under a seat because the sub may touch the seat a bit. The quality seems fine, the carpet is starting to peel off a bit now on one of the seems but that's after almost two years of use and pulling it out and back in multiple times for various reasons. But for the price, I think it's definitely worth it if you're working with limited space, without spending four times the price on a custom box.

First off, do not try to put a Sundown 10" SD-4 in this box unless you want to heavily modify it. The opening of their 10" box is 9.125" and the opening required for the 10" SD-4 is 10.94". Okay, fine. Nothing my router can't handle. Next issue was mounting depth. While this is a shallow mount sub, it was about a half inch too tall with the magnet hitting the bottom of the box. Again, nothing a little router work can't handle. I notched a half inch out of the backing board so the magnet sits in it (all sub cooling is with side vents on this model). May have weakened the box but had no choice. Finally, got the sub screwed into the box and ready to try it out. Sounds good from the driver seat, go to the trunk and hear a loud rattle coming from the box. At first I thought the sub had an issue but nope, air was pouring out of the terminal connections with every bass hit. No, the router can't fix this one but a tube of RTV silicone can! Gobbed the silicone all around the cheap plastic terminal port inside the box and now it is air tight finally. So, in conclusion the fitment wasn't their fault, I just want to warn anyone trying to put a SD-4 sub in here what they are in for. The cheap terminals and especially the sealing of them are their fault though. Rest of the box seemed decent quality. For that, 3 stars.

Bought this to put under the rear seat in my '00 F150 Super Cab, which is mostly does just sticks out a bit. Not a big deal for me because I never have anyone in the back seat. Installed a shallow mount Rockford Fosgate sub and it's a pretty decent sounding package. Obviously it's a small volume sealed box so it's not going to have big booming bass, but for listening to rock it's a great combination, and fills in the bass component of the sound system nicely. The box itself appears well built, the carpet is nicely attached with no flaps or bits hanging loose. My one nitpick item is that there's no wire coming off the terminals inside the box like the competitors have. This is a very minor inconvenience, and like I said a nitpick item, and not enough for me to dock a star from the product rating, just something to be aware of. If you're installing a new system then you more than likely have some extra speaker wire laying around anyway.

The box is beautifully built--there's no doubt about that. However, after going through the whole installation process, there was a buzzing noise once the music was playing. I realized the terminal for the wires wasn't the same as in the picture... instead there was a cheaper spring loaded version. I listened close and that was the cause of the issue. I reached out to the company and they were friendly and advised to return. In my haste for waiting on a response, I just purchased another terminal since I went through the whole process of installing. That solved the issue, but came to the conclusion I didn't want to disassemble, order a new one, return the new terminal, only to have the same issue.

Sub box is as claimed - the mounting depth is correct - some boxes have weird shapes or cutouts to claim a deeper depth, but this one does not. The construction is very solid and sturdy, and the terminals are the quicker, easier push-button cylinder style (not threaded). I fit a JL Audio 10TW1-4 into the box and it fit perfectly. Well worth the $40 price tag.

The cutout hole was not wide enough at first but after using a Dremel, got the subwoofer to fit perfect. This box fits behind the seat of my single cab Ford ranger so space is not an issue. no air leaks and everything sounds good so far

Das Subwoofer-Gehäuse hat eine sehr gute Qualität und durch das geschlossene System einen tiefen, trockenen Bass. Da die Box in einem passgenauen und sehr dünnen Karton verpackt wurde, kam sie mit 4 angeschlagenen Ecken bei mir an. Habe sie behalten und die angestoßenen Ecken jeweils mit einem Kantenschutz versehen.

Bought it for my 10 inch JL shallow sub it did not fit had to cut it and it but it does sound amazing. Very very nice compact size and best of all it sounds wonderful.

Everything was great until I figured out this sealed box wasn’t totally sealed: there was a leak in the wiring connection point. It wasn’t a small leak… so I patched it up as I had to invert mount my sun anyways (for those who have deeper than this shallow mount’s depth, the inverting your sun will work! Yields more volume in the box too). Box is perfectly small, rigid and well built. Mounted my old Kicker Comp VR sub with Rockford amp and —-WOW it sounds awesome// even better than my original ported box which was about 3-4x the size. Very happy with outcome… barely used any of the trunk space in my CRV :) Oh and almost forgot to mention that I had added about 1 large pillow worth of Poly-fill into the enclosure (which is suppose to help with fooling the sub into thinking it is in a larger enclosure…) With only 100W rms, I’m getting really loud and deep bass!

These boxes are well made, however, it’s virtually impossible to find a shallow enough sun to fit these with any clearance in the back to get any sort of bass. They are essentially speaker boxes, not designed for a sub. I’ll be returning these ones.
