I bought one and it stopped working after awhile (maybe something I did wrong)? I returned it & got another one and it works great! I've been using it for about 4 months. I've tried other things that are very complicated, cost a lot and don't work very well. But this is not much different than just using regular bluetooth earbuds. Very satisfied!

No reset button, no website (404 error) , poor documentation, no support. It worked three times. Kept date stamping recordings some date in 2032. Copying "TM. txt" to set date is useless. Returned same day received.

I really liked the price point and after learning how to use the device it performs good enough for my purposes. I am recording phone calls to my son in jail while I'm interviewing him and getting his comments on evidence. The microphone is bit sensitive and you have to talk quietly. It also picks up a lot of background noise so a quiet place is better. Be sure to set the time/date using the tm.txt file per the manual. The process of retrieving the files is not documented very well. You need to plug the unit into the computer USB port using the cable, turn on the device and then windows explorer should pop a window and you can see the audio files. There is a folder for each day with yymmdd date stamp naming convention. Inside each folder that are audio .wav file with ddhhmmss files with day and time stamp. When the device is plugged in to the windows computer it steals the audio in/out connection for the computer. When you are done copying the files over you must go into the pop up window in the status bar and eject the drive. On my computer, if you don't perform the eject drive function then the device gets into a locked up state where it doesn't work. To get it out of this state you must press and hold both the on/off and record buttons and hold them down until you hear a very weak audible beep. Then release both buttons and you will get the "Power On" audio message. This button sequence must be some sort of hard reset feature because there is no way to remove the battery to perform a hard reset. This may be the reason that some people think the device is broken after they use it. That's what I thought but tried difference button combinations until I found the hard reset combo. Have fun. It's working great for me. Audio quality is not the best but you can definitely record and create written transcripts from the recordings.

Good for capturing meeting minutes. Recording is excellent and bluetooth hearing also works flawlessly. The audio clarity of recording via this device is way over than using a computer speaker/phone voice memo recording.

At first it was a challenge to get setup. But after that it was easy to use. The sound for me was excellent as it recorded both sides of the conversation clear. Sound is close to perfect. Is a Great product and would tell anyone interested to give it a try.

It sucks, the controls are tiny, counter-inyuitive and nothing is marked to indicate which button to push to accomplish whatever setting you want. The indicator lights don't illuminate in any consistent and are not labelled. Now that I've had it for 6 weeks and can't return it the right earbud has gone out. When you connect to a computer to download recordings you just get a jumble of files

The mic quality isn't great, but it saves recordings perfectly fine and records both ends of the call with no extra configuration on my Samsung Galaxy phone.

There is no clip to attach the microphone to your collar. You must hold it up to your when speaking - hardly hands-free.
