Tastes good
I just started using this today so It’s too soon to see any improvements. I made it and when I taste it it was very bland, so I added a little bit of agave sweetener and man I man I was delicious!! I love this chocolate drink!UPDATED REVIEWSo after using it a few times, I started noticing that I was getting very jittery, my head started to hurt a lot, and I started feeling very bad anxiety. I thought it was just me, but when my husband tried it he felt the exact same way. Really bummed because I really wanted to keep using it, but at this point I am discontinuing.

Great taste
I was using cocoavia at 450mg/serving and read studies indicating >700mg being more effective. For 31 days cocoavia (450mg) was approx $50 and this is $50 for 31 days @ 900mg .. so effectively half the price OR double the falvanols for the same price. Some reviews indicated some caffeine effects, I’m NOT a coffee drinker drink nothing with caffeine included but did not notice any reported caffeine centric side effects.I love the taste of a serving blended in unsweetened soy milk!. I’ve been WFPB for a while now, and suspect my taste buds have adjusted from non animal and sugar based processed foods fo Whole Foods so, to me, it’s GREAT unsweetened.

Convinced That It Makes a Difference
I started using the Flavamix about 8 months ago after hearing about the Columbia University cognition research study. I had been concerned about how I found myself forgetting things that I never used to forget. I am absolutely convinced that it has made a difference. I started with the bars but appreciate that you came out with the mix as I now use it in a variety of different smoothies and other recipes.

Concerns
Initially I was excited about the health benefits (protecting yourself against diabetes, Alzheimer’s, heart attack, stroke, cancer and depression - wow!) - but now I am reading a study that indicates eating too much flavanols can be toxic. 😕

Good product
I bought FlavaMix for the nutritional value of its flavanols. Every three weeks I make an oatmeal mix with one-minute oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, inulin, protein powder, cranberries, and walnuts, then make hot cereal (porridge) from it for breakfast every day (with blueberries added). I now add FlavaMix to the mix. It colors the oatmeal a light brown and enhances the taste a bit as well. Very nice. I haven't yet tried making hot cocoa from it.

Too expensive
This is overpriced cocoa. You can use plain Hershey's cooking cocoa, add your own sweetner, and you'll have a better value.

Too soon to determine health effects, but omg, delicious.
Eating this for breakfast, stirred into yogurt with maple syrup and strawberries, is so delicious, it makes me practically swoon with happiness. That has to have some health benefit. No jitteriness here, maybe a bit more alert, though that could be the happiness.
