Beautiful bar that hopefully won't rust
Thus bar needs to be screwed into the wall. Not a tension bar. Very easy to put up. Perfect color. Nicely made. Can change size to fit your needs. Hoping it doesn't rust. Only had up for a month or so. Love this.

Install with ease
After reading the reviews on several different I opted to go with the Zenna because of quality and ease of installation. Also the Zenna is made of Aluminum while some of the others are Stainless Steel and some of the reviews mentioned rust and discoloation.Installing the rod is rather easy and took me about 45 minutes. That does not include reading the directions and sorting out the hardware. All in all about 1 1/2 hrs the most. Make sure to READ the directions first. The hardware is clearly marked and it comes with it's own allen wrenches so the only tools you should need are a drill, 9/32 drill bit, philips head screw driver, tape measure and level. Oh and a pencil. If you are replacing a rod you might get lucky and be able to use the existing mounting holes as the bracket holes are standard for most shower rods.I gave the product 5 stars because of ease of installation, appearance and overall quality. Please note that this is an adjustable rod and has a seam where one tube slides inside the other and even though it does have a sleeve the shower hooks may catch on it. When I purchased the product I also purchased a set of Wrenwane Shower Curtain Hooks. They are rustproof stainless hooks with little ball bearings that the hooks ride on. They work great!

Was this easy to install
Was this easy to install? Um....sort of. For my Husband who is handy it wasn't too bad. It does say in the instructions that you're supposed to put it in 2" from the side of the tub (in towards the middle of the tub) and I was worried about that as my tub walls had tile that I couldn't drill into right above the edges so I had to put it just outside of the tub wall but it's totally fine! No water leaks out and the curtain tucks into the tub just fine.I will say that you should be sure to hold the round wall part up to the wall and make sure to give yourself enough room for the circumfrence if you're running into tile like me. At first, we held the thing you screw into the wall up and put it as close to the tile as possible, only to realize one it was in that the decorative round part on the ends needed some room on either side of the screwed in part. Haha, if that makes sense. It's a nice color, hold the curtain up well, and I would recommend this.

Drill mounts, sturdy and made to last with decent looks.
Recently moved, bath needed some updating. This curved bar was one of the changes. Being rustproof made of aluminum with the brushed nickel look and purchased matching roller shower curtain hooks. Use roller type hooks because you have a seam bump at the joint of the 2 bars when installed and regular hooks will hang on this joint. Once installed very solid, used heavy curtain with weights because we prefer the curtain not to bellow during use.The install was not hard but yes you will be drilling holes. This bar is secured tight and not spring loaded. I did it myself with no help in under a hour. Tools needed- drill with 1/4” or 1/8” bit (depends if drilling into drywall vs something more solid), measuring tape, a level, marking pencil, Philips head screwdriver. The instructions are written well enough to follow. I found looking ahead prior to doing each step helped me understand how they intended this bar to be installed. Basically it goes measure the location to install brackets. Mark those spots using a level to be sure its square, drill holes, put brackets in with provided screws, join the 2 sections of bar together, place ends into brackets and secure with provided hardware, tighten. Only spots to really keep close eye on, one bar is 1 inch, other 5/8th inch. The end brackets that secure it are matched to the rod diameter. I had no issue with the sleeve collar that joins the two rods in middle and when done the end cap covers fit snug. Our tub was pretty much standard 58-60 inch long that uses a 72x72 inch curtain. Drywall above acrylic enclosure all around. Screws went into drywall with plastic molly (1/4”bit) and other end same but stud behind so (1/8”bit) no molly needed.End result great, gives about a 3” bow out at middle with our 60” long tub. Instructions do show on longer tubs to inset the end mounts 1-2 inches from outer edge depending on your tub length due to how big this bow out will get. (Inset- recess the mounts further into tub toward back wall so bow of rod does not over hang tub too far). Note: the hardware to secure rod to mount is Allen key top and bottom and the kit provides the keys. I would estimate you need at least 1.5 inches above and below the bracket to have enough room to insert and tighten this connection so if you have low clearance above tub enclosure or enclosure has a lip under the mount you may have problems tightening the rod to bracket. Good product, glad we bought it.

Worked great!
Wall to wall the length it needed to cover was 58.5" long. I did have to back it off from the edge of the shower surround by 1.5 inches so it could clear the window on the right side. I'd say at minimum it added at least 6 inches of extra arm clearance. The aluminum rod was double the thickness of my old steel shower rod. Yes, the mounting plates are plastic but they are thick and well made. I appreciated the included adjustment screws included on the mounts to help level and stabilize the rods. They pinch on the rod and thankfully they put the effort into providing plastic plugs for the ends of the rods. This kept them from deforming from under pressure of the adjustment screws that pin the rods in place. I also set the wall mount for the 7/8" rod higher by approximately 1/8 of an inch to get the rod level correct when it slides into the 1 inch rod.Best feature? Aside from the wall mounts and screw hardware, it's all aluminum! No room for rust! I found a set of aluminum shower hooks for under $10 that were perfect for this shower rod as well.

More affordable than Home Depot
This was exactly what we needed. Matched existing hardware. A fraction of the cost of what you can find at a home improvement store. Easy to assemble. They’ve been installed for 4 months.

So much extra space!
Easy installation, great quality. I have an old Zenith curved shower rod in another bathroom that is probably 10 years old and still in perfect condition.

Adds lots of room, great colour.
This made a huge difference in our shower. It adds a lot of extra room. I wanted a black shower rod, but was having a hard time finding a reasonably priced one that was rust/corrosion resistant. The colour is like an expresso, almost black, and it works really well in our bathroom. My partner had no trouble installing it, didn't take very long. I love it, very happy!
