I just take it and go on about my business. Give it 3 months. that's how long it takes for your body to have new blood which is produced in the marrow of bones. Novice speaking who had to have a blood transfusion for anemia and was crying. Dr. said don't worry your blood will replace it in 3 months.

Q: How does this compare to glucosamine-chondroitin?

A number of credible studies found chicken based CU-II more effective on joints than chondroitin. Chicken soup made with chicken bones was effective, as well. Same principle.

Q: How large are the capsules?

No more aching Now with Now foods

I am happy with my purchase. I know such supplements take time to show full result. I, my husband and son all are taking it. My husband is diabetic and always would say that he has mild aching legs but now his comment is there is no aching Now with Now foods.I am a patient of slip disc with Sciatica always with mind pain , I am consuming ti increase my bone strength.May after 6 months of intake I can give full 5 star. But I too have a question for how long should we take the tablets at a stretch.
