I'll be honest, I don't know much about this stuff, but I totally love it. It looks extremely cool and it sounds awesome. I haven't directly compared with others though.

Fits more than just an XP cartridge
Lots of reviews, opinions and suggestions for this stylus. I have one fitted to an AT VM95 cartridge in fact all XP styli fit onto VM95 carts and, big secret, fit onto Linn K9 cartridges. All in all the XP & VM range are fully interchangeable from budget conical styli up to a top of the line Shibata and I have now tried nearly all of these out and they are excellent. The XP5 is a bonded elliptical diamond stylus designed for DJ use but is perfectly at home on any half inch mount headshell. Tracking is spot on and sound is crystal clear. A very forgiving stylus as well equally at home on older vinyl as well as newer and well looked after records. With this range of swappable cartridges and styli, Audio Technica have created something for every taste without the need to spend a fortune to get the sound you want to hear.

Excelente aquisição
Agulha espetacular para quem quer um som mais grave e cheio. Me surpreendeu em relação a Atvmn-95e. Sem contar que dura em média o dobro, dois anos.

Livraison pour le moins étrange, et j’avoue que c’est bien une première de la part d’Amazon. Sans m’aviser, ni avoir reçu une consigne particulière en ce sens : j’ai retrouvé mon colis sur le dessus de ma boîte aux lettres à l’extérieur !! Alors qu’il avait tout à fait la taille adapté... c’est la première fois que cela arrive et j’espère que ça ne deviendra pas la norme !! Merci d’avance. L’article est cependant conforme et présent.
