This is excellent-it keeps tea/coffee hot for ages and is great for ‘no spill’ carrying. The colour is very vibrant, and tea especially tastes great in it. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This is a great desk mug and works exactly as its intended. It is not a travel mug designed to be leakproof and thrown into a backpack so don't expect that. If the lid is set to open, then of course it will spill if you drop it or put it on its side etc. Its surprising really how much it leaks from the top when it is twisted to close but then again, it is a desk mug, not a travel mug so it will stop any accidental splashes and contain most of the liquid if you drop it. Actually....if you wanted just sips while the tea is very hot, there is enough of a leakage to use this as a 3rd sip option in addition to the two sizes of drinking holes when the lid is twisted open. Its a good size for a large mug of tea on a desk and the double wall does keep the tea hot/warm for a long time compared to a regular mug. The shape is the same as a ceramic mug with a full handle and the lip is smooth, with or without a lid so it is a great desk mug replacement. The anti-slip bottom could be better. For it to be effective, it should be deeper than the lip of the bottom of the mug. It isn't and isn't quite wide enough to fully reach the edges so it doesn't add much but as its standard mug shape, its not a slip risk any more than a normal mug would be. The insulation could be improved by a seal ring between the outer plastic bit and the metal bit on the inside but again, it keeps the tea hot anyway and others have pointed out that if water gets inside the outer skin you can unscrew the parts, dry them off that way and then reassemble. Packaging....terrible. The care instructions and the thermos label are there but the care instructions refer to a glass filler but there are no glass parts in this. It came wrapped in a clear plastic bag rather than in a thermos branded box but for the price, thats all fine. It does what it is intended to do and thats all that can be expected of it and it does it well. So overall, this mug is recommended and I'd buy it again if I needed to!

I have to agree with others. Not a great mug. It was the perfect size and shape for what I wanted it for (for use with the work coffee machine). However liquids from hot drinks has gotten caught in between the inner and outer lining which doesn't look good because in my case it's mocha residue. In addition, the cup leaks. I ensure I empty my cup before putting it in my bag but sometimes there are a few drops of liquid left inside and this has leaked out into my lunch bag on a number of occasions. Again not great. Currently looking for a new travel/work mug that doesn't leak.

it's a nice size mug, but feels very flimsy. It has a very lightweight metal liner with a plastic shell, but the plastic isn’t well sealed and water got under it at the first wash (by hand, it’s not machine washable). and you have to be careful with the lid. It's not for use in a car or travelling around, it's definitely a desk mug. I didn't find that it kept coffee hot for longer than a normal mug. Very disappointing

Hot or cld

really keep your drinks warm for longer than you expect, may want to leave the lid off if you don’t like scalding coffee. Also the wider cup means it will stay upright on the walker so no spills.

He probado muchos vasos térmicos a lo largo de estos últimos dos años, y ninguno me terminaba de convencer, hasta que probé este. No posee un cierre hermético, pero su tapa hace fácil caminar con la taza en la mano sin derramar su contenido accidentalmente. Mantiene la bebida caliente, pero al cabo de unos minutos la puedes beber sin abrasarte, por lo que no tienes que esperar una o dos horas a que se temple un poco. Y es un color y diseño bonito (al menos para mi gusto), que siempre es algo a tener en cuenta.

Love this Thermos Mug. It's lightweight and so easy to drink from. Keep liquids warm for ages and is nice to look at. Great product.
