The Perfect food
I’ve been using NLS for well over a decade. While there are certainly other “decent” foods out there, I still love/prefer NLS over all others. Regardless of the type of fish (everything for large CA Cichlids to small Tetras), they all go nuts for it.The ingredients are second-to-none, which is important in regards to the overall health and vitality of your fish. I really like the Thera +A, because of the added garlic. This is super helpful when introducing new fish, especially ones that are accustomed to eating other foods. In addition, it possesses beneficial GI tract components. I recently purchased a decent size Amphilophus, and he was really hesitant to eat. Sure enough, the one pellet that he took to was NLS. It truly is a phenomenal food. It’s yet to fail me...Pros: Unmatched quality ingredients. Wide range of pellet sizes. Extremely appetizing to all fish. Promotes outstanding coloration and natural behavior. Doesn’t cloud and/or discolor the water. Comes in numerous formations that are species-specific.Cons: Absolutely nothing, and that’s coming from 25+ years of fish keeping experience.You can’t go wrong......

Fantastic cichlid pellets!
The quality of ingredients in New Life Spectrum fish food is difficult to beat. And the fish love them! The large sized pellets are about 3-3.5 mm and are gobbled up by my 2"-6" cichlids. They are too large however for my 3" Australian Rainbow or Simensis in the same tank, since they have smaller mouths.
