This seller has awesome customer service as reply was expected in 2 days and about 2 hours later they had replied phone was dispatched straight away as wasnt expected till 28th December and it's already here lucky enough as it's a santa present and phone was set up no problem and exactly as described

We bought this phone for our primary school child because it offered the additional feature of the Monqi app. The phone never worked. It couldn't connect to wifi. When we took it to a mobile phone repair shop they told us the technology was 20 years out of date which is why it couldn't connect. Absolutely awful. Avoid like the plague. Valutech offered zero support and atrocious customer service. Don't buy!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves it and I like all the features to keep him safe both in the real and virtual worlds. I'm getting 2 more for my other kids

Not a bad phone a great idea for a child's first one, some good features with the contacts being locked and restricted Internet, movement monitoring and able to lock and unlock with physically having the phone at hand, downsides are it's slow, can only get 3g and unable to access monqi jungle app store which is one of the main reason for purchasing so on that basis its fairly expensive when a standard phone would have done similar with a parent app downloaded

Did not have the monqi app on phone so was useless to what it was wanted for. Returned and refunded without issue which was why I gave it a star

The phone is good for a first time phone for my son but it's a bit laggy and slow wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

The phone was awful the camera quality was terrible it s very slow and it does not read Touch ID
