This product is amazing I work for Amazon at one of their fulfillment centers and I open and move product that is heavy and it's really hard on my wrists. After a year or so I have developed carpal tunnel in both my wrists. With time the problem became more and more severe along with the pain I would lose all feeling in my fingers and hands eventually got to the point where I lost the use of my hands for good half hour to an hour in the morning couldn't lift or grasp a simple thing like an empty bottle of water. That is when I decided to see if I can find a product that will help me. I purchased these and I receive them within a day and it was the best decision I have ever made it was a simple fix and I could feel a big as soon as I put them on. The pain subsided dramatically and within two days of using them during my shift I no longer felt my hands going numb during the night and in the morning no longer felt the stabbing pain between my fingers no longer lost any sensation in my hands. I recommend this to anybody who is experiencing the onset of carpal tunnel or is already dealing with it on the severe level. they're very comfortable very lightweight I wear them on both my wrists underneath the gloves and it doesn't feel uncomfortable to move and perform the tasks I need to do many times I don't even know I'm wearing them as if they were not on my hands. I recommend this to anybody who is feeling experiencing the onset carpal tunnel or has been dealing with carpal tunnel pain on the severe level. I also believe that not only doing does it help with the pain but it also is healing the current damage my both my wrists so . After using this product for two days while working I no longer have the numbness and the pain is virtually gone. Pandemic lockdowns require working from home, and often times this means working at a dining table or coffee table, or bed, or couch, depending on how strict your boss is on checking your output. So while switching from the MS Office suite to Netflix to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and well, you know ....., your wrist can get quite a workout from awkward positioning. Like most people, I don't deal with a random pain until it starts to hurt like a [insert Samuel L. Jackson expletive] so I got this brace to make the pain miraculously go away before I finished binge-watching Bridgerton. Thankfully it comes with instructions, so there wasn't any mix-up with the use of the thumb hole and straps, and with a little pain gel, I was back to making a fist in a couple of days, and can now give this product my thumb up , as said digit can easily move again. Things not to do while wearing the strap: Cook Use the bathroom Dig holes in the ground with your bare hands Open heart surgery Prove to people just how much you burn for them Obviously, you CAN do all these things, but the strap would get awfully dirty and I don't think it will hold up to that many washings. In summary, this strap will help your sore wrist and fingers, but unless you want to keep wearing it as some sort of accessory in basic black, you'll need to switch up your hand positions to calmer sutras.

I purchased this because I get a lot of wrist fatigue from crafting (especially crocheting). I am very athletic and had surgery to remove a ganglion cyst in the past on the wrist of my writing hand. I PURCHASED MY FIRST PAIR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND USE THEM FOR 1 HOUR A DAY, SIX DAYS A WEEK AT THE GYM. THE BANDS ARE EXCELLENT FOR SUPPORT, BUT SADLY THE VELCROVE WEARS OUT BEFORE THE FABRIC DOES AND THEY COME UNDONE!! IF THEY JUST INVESTED MORE ON THIS PART (THE VELCROVE) THE BRACE WOULD BE 5 STARS. BTW, I WAS HAPPY TO PURCHASE A SECOND PAIR AS I BELIEVE 6 MONTHS WEAR IS FAIR FOR THE PRICE I PAID AND AFTERALL THEY ARE A GREAT BRACE FOR THE SUPPORT THEY GIVE. COME ON GUYS - INVEST IN STRONGER VALCROVE AND UP THE PRICE IF YOU HAVE TO!

This brace is comfortable and really helps me with my wrist pain. I lost my original one and bought a different brand at the local grocery store and it was too uncomfortable. This one is much better.

This brace is perfect to toss into a backpack and carry around for those who have a tendency to get repetitive stress injuries on the regular. It won't give you full support like a big brace with metal inside, but this is perfect for on the go or between meeting or days where you just need light or medium support. The material itself is nice and thick and the velcro can really withstand some pulling (yet can easily be removed when you want to) Since it doesn't have metal inside, it can easily be used on the left or right hand and can be switched without taking the entire thing apart. I have small hands but medium-sized wrists and it fits perfectly fine.

Aunque el mecanismo es funcional, en la práctica ya con la muñequera puesta se vuelve incómodo agarrar y sostener cosas. No sirve para ejercitarse en deportes de raqueta por ejemplo, que era para lo que yo la quería.
