INDIE AUTHOR GAME CHANGER
I read the book in about 7 hours. I just could not put it down. I bought the ebook instead of taking the free shipping and handling promotion because I could not wait. Now, I will also get the paperback to have on my shelf and use in my book coaching program. The book made me realize that I was already on the right path in terms of being an Authorpreneur. It has given me the confidence to teach Indie Authors, who are frustrated by few book sales, how to use their books as a platform for transformation and business. The Author 2.0 model is excellent. After reading this book I reviewed my own promotional campaign for my last book and to my surprise realized I was a #1 best-seller for one week in one category for my last book. I was not even using the title best-seller to leverage anything. That chapter on becoming an Amazon best-seller was very significant. I have been promoting this book to my authorpreneur network. I have referred to it on my list of resources for my next book. It is a useful companion to my own "Authorprenuership Secrets" book that will be launched soon. The section on how to give your book a winning title was also very helpful. This book is a good coaching tool for book coaches and every author who is among the "rare ones" should get this book to learn how to create lasting impact and income. Well written! Well done!

A very good starting point. Authors have much to discover and pursue from then on.
Rob's work outlines the many avenues an author can travel in the long journey toward writing, publishing, and promoting one's own self-published book. It is filled with good basic ideas but might leave the author with the impression that he/she needs assistance in following any one of the choices, as those of us have found who have traveled this road for several years. One important need to fulfill is the service of a quality "self-publishing" company with a skilled staff who can assist with CLEAR, EASILY-READABLE typesetting, obtaining a copyright, legal considerations, illustrations, and creation of a professional and attention-grabbing front cover as well as an informative and promotional back cover. The same people can design a website and even advise on effective promotion and advertising. Without their experience and knowledge, a self-publishing author is basically lost in the wilderness. There will be pitfalls to avoid, including organizations wishing to buy the rights to a really good book and leave the author only a promoter for them. There are many, many important choices the author will have as he/she goes along. A necessity is persistence and daily deep consideration and review of every quality the book needs, to meet the needs and interests of its prospective readers. A really well-thought-out book can easily take one year and 100,000 hours of the author's research, writing, and editing to create. One successful Internet expert and author says, "Do something every day." This includes locating the most effective assistance with affordable advertising and promotion. This effort never ends for those authors who want their lifetimes of knowledge and professional writing skills to outshine the contents of other books on the same subjects.

Practical Advice for People Who Have Clients
I liked the book, it was well written and offered some practical no nonsense ways for someone who is a sales professional or a business person and has clients to profit from writing a book, publishing and marketing that book. Then it becomes a best seller in the niches the book talks about and then either using an existing platform or building a new one to book speaking engagements or be mentioned in Press releases, etc. I am a mid-level manager with 25+ years experience dealing with customers in various industries. I am writing a fiction novel currently, so the title of the book “Publish. Promote. Profit.,” intrigued me, so, I bought the ebook version and read it. But I was disappointed that the author only talks about using an existing client base or has a business that they could grow and earn more profits from writing and publishing their first book talking about some area that they are an expert on and how to capitalize on that by writing, publishing, and marketing that book.I get it, but how does the author’s plan help someone who doesn’t have a client base or a business “yet”..?

Good Content, But...
The book is well written, but when I received the book and tried to read it, many pages kept falling out of the book.

The new way to benefit massively from your book
The book publishing world is littered with authors who did not understand that the rules of book publishing had changed.Just as all other content and entertainment industries have undergone disruption, the book industry is no different. The bottom line, according to book publishing expert, Rob Kosberg, is that there are far better ways to publish, promote and profit from your book than ever before. In the old days, your book was your "business card"... It gave you some credibility and, if you were "lucky" enough to get a mainstream publisher, you would earn a small royalty on it and that would be the end of it.Today? Your book is your golden ticket to featuring your expertise so as to generate an ongoing source of increased credibility and income that far exceeds any potential royalties that you would've earned through a traditional publisher. In this book, Rob Kosberg shows you how to use your book as a natural springboard to a fantastic, high-income business of your own, based on your talents, skills and experiences."Publish. Promote. Profit." book is a goldmine of information for aspiring authors who want to monetize their knowledge, skills and experience by using their book as a "vehicle", and who want to do it right.I highly recommend this book to anyone who has considered writing a book, has already written a book or is in the process of writing a book. It has golden nuggets for anyone involved in the book world.

The absolute reference for me... Strictly recommended!
Like many aspiring authors I totally had it wrong.I thought writing is a process that will not only make you broke and inhale all your professional time. I also thought, that if you really wanted to be taken serious and make money off that endeavor, you need a published first.Rob's experience and the perspectives he shares from that background are invaluable for me. When it comes to writing (not only books... also longer articles and even blog posts), this is the first book I turn to.When I feel stuck in the process or uncertain about titles, headlines etc. it is just the same. The book is actually that good and especially with the provided gifts (dowloads, examples, resources).I love this so much, that I am infecting everybody with it :).... Why? Rob Kosberg not only shares a smart and intelligent concept around the "author 2.0", he also helped me understand the real world importance of the marketing part and creates a ton of clarity around the steps to be taken. This work has been a source of precise, proven and super helpful instructions and a great inspiration in itself.A must read for every professional writing a book ... from my perspective!

Filled in the Missing Link!
The author did an absolutely fantastic and thorough job of interviewing quite a number of 6 figure earning bloggers. You really got pointers from so many successful authors/bloggers who come from so many different walks of life who have some of the same, some very different things which helped them out on their journey. The missing link is really a misnomer on my part because there are many missing links, or pieces of the puzzle that have been addressed concerning blog writing that go to show you in so many words, "What am I waiting for, I can do this too!"

These principles opened a new horizon for us
Chapter 9 of this book calls "Options, Options and more Options". It could be also the title of this book because it is an eye-opener for so many new options in our business. My wife Gabi Neurohr and I are in the horse industry and after 15 years of constantly learning, Gabi became a real expert in helping horses and human to understand each other.Everybody who brings their horse for training or takes lessons from her can confirm that. Since years I stew over how can we generate with horse training enough income to have our own little barn. With whatever idea, I came up with either the concept was not convenient or the expected revenue numbers were just too small. Until I found Rob Kosberg. His principle of Publish. Promote. Profit. opened our eyes to all the new options we have.We invested in Best Seller Publishing and are now busy to write our book. As the investment is rather big for our standards we are highly motivated to get the best out of it deal. Thank you Rob Kosberg for this special path to success.
