Beautiful light that’s affordable and easy to use, but conceded about longevity.
Update: February 2022: I’ve had to replace 5 of my LED controller boxes since I installed them. Including one that was installed January of last year. I have not had a single LED light fail. It has only been the Controller Junction Box. One of these days when I have some time, I would like to open one up and see if it’s just a bad solder connection. One of the boxes was going out and coming back on as people would walk on the floor above. I did not change my star rating for this update. I still feel they are a good value. But I’m still concerned about the longevity of junction boxes, which is also the hardest part to replace ;)August 2020: I recently purchased a house and remodeled the downstairs, using these lights primarily. I also added these lights to my 1970’s style living room that did not previously have overhead lights. These are nice and bright and super simple to install.I first added the lights to the living room, which at the first time of purchase I did not originally plan on doing. So that was the first 6 lights used, this was around the end of may 2020. We are super happy with how they turned out. But this meant I was inevitably going to buy more lights for my remodel. As the remodel went along and lights were installed around July 2020; I was running out of lights so I ordered the same product from the same seller to make sure we would have a nice transition and uniformity through the unit. I was now installing the last four lights from the original box, this is when things went sideways. I had a Dead On Arrival light. After doing to testing (plugging in the led to a different box and checking and re checking wiring) I figured out it was the junction box.Side note: The junction boxes are very nice and compact, unfortunately, also very small if you are wiring more than one together.Installation: The lights are easy to assemble. You pop out one of the breakaways and install a wire holder (sold separately) then it’s just a matter of stripping the wires and connecting them together using the wire nuts provided. After this is complete, snap the box back together and then connect the light to the box. This is very convenient to have the box separate from the light, so it’s not dangling while you are wiring the box up. Then just simply test the light by Turing the power on and then off. Then use the spring snaps to secure it to the ceiling. We had some difficulty with a couple of the spring snaps coming apart, it was time consuming to get them back together, and in working order.I emailed the seller and let them know that there was a problem, they were super helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased when they sent me a new light. Here is the snag.... they now have a new style of light, so the whole second box and the replacement they sent is the new style. The voltage outputs are different and the light colors are just slightly different. It is not a lot, but the new lights have just a hint of incandescent compared the the very white white of the old style.Either way, I am happy with the customer care for sending me the replacement light.I installed all the rest of the required lights without incident (I had to buy extras due to they way they are sold). So if something does happen or I want to swap out something else in my house, these will be helpful. It is now February 2021, one of the kitchen lights pictured just went out. It was again something wrong with the internal components of the junction box. I have not contacted customer support about this light. My final thoughts on the product:-We love the lights!-looks great!-They are easy to install!-good price point!-great customer support-concerned about longevity of product

Bomb diggity
The recessed fixtures are so slick. Installation was quick. Literally the bomb diggity of adding recessed lighting to an existing room. (No remodel or new build in this house-just needed to light up some space). Being able to choose brightness was a plus. Have had them for over a year now. 2 of the 20 that were put in occasionally act like a strobe light in a 70's disco Tech. Flip the switch off and back on and it quits. I do plan to replace them just haven't had the 1 minute it will literally take to do it. The strobe effect is the only reason I reduced overall rating.

Great so far!
These just arrived today and I installed them immediately. I was a little nervous buying from a brand I don’t know at all but everything was very simple to install and worked well. Will update if any issues.

Easy installation
Great value. These fixtures are very easy to wire and install with no recessed can needed.

Poor single strength
Very easy installation but recommend not using smart life app but tuya app as it integrates directly into home assistant better. Color spectrum is really great. Just remember as with all color LED lightings, the lumens rating is for white light only, color is always much dimmer, but it is good. After about two weeks started not connecting Did a reset and could not pair them up. After trying for hours got 1 paired up and noticed the single strength (visible in tuya app) was only -91db. Very week. Mesh wifi was les than 20 ft away and a wall. Brought one wifi mesh outside was was able to pair another one, but even at 10ft away and no walls, single strength was -79db. I checked the lights that were still paired and they were around -60db, good for this low traffic connection. after 2 days another one dropped out and after pulling it out and bringing it inside using a normal light socket to test, I got it parried but at -70db, very bad as the wifi router was less than 5 feet away. For some reason the single starts to decay and even resetting them does not fix that. I think these things need a little external antenna. Especially is these are put into an existing can as the metal just drops the single further. I ended moving several to inside celling holes replacing standard drop lights. No cans inside and they all work fine.By the way, I do have a single Philips Hue bulb outside that I moved to the same cans as these failed in, it works great. Cant see the db's on it but looking at the wifi router it shows GOOD for connectivity which usably means <-60db. This proves it's not my wifi but the package on these units is just plain week.Overall, would not recommend for outside use a the outside wall kills the single along with the metal cans.

They stop working and flicker
They look nice and are bright. 4 of them went out and the rest flicker once in a while and if dimmed. The seller customer service was a pain. Would not refund full amount after 2 weeks of talking. Amazon customer service went above and beyond with being on my side. Don't buy these lights.

Great investment
Replaced the lights on the front porch with them and works perfect. Can change them to any color, with the app and Alexa.

Only OK - Not as good as Philips Hue!
These lights set up fine and they function as described with Wi-Fi via the app and work well with Google and Alexa assistants. However the warm white isn’t warm enough. It still has a vibe like a fluorescent bulb. And color options like yellow and orange don’t get bright at all compared to the colors on a Philips Hue bulb. These are considerably less bright. You get what you pay for. That said I’m keeping them. For the price they’re good enough.
