Got this for my daughter for christmas. She loved it. I forgot to get the SD card before hand (and it did say it was needed on the package) but of course Wal Mart is open the day after Christmas, so we had no problem finding one for less than $10. She loves the camera and I am afraid of some of the pictures she may be taking!!

Pretty fun recorder for my daughter
Pretty fun recorder for my daughter. But it's very delicate. After putting in batteries for the second time, one of the components that holds the batteries in broke off and now we have to go through quite a process to make sure the batteries will work. If she doesn't close the screen very softly, it recorder won't work at all and then we have to go through the battery process all over again. She definitely has fun with it, though, and we like that she can take movies and pictures with it.

I got this for my six year old for Christmas and she loves it. They recommend a red case to go with it, don't order that because it's about an inch too small this is about the size of a smart phone and super easy to set up

WORST CAMERA EVER!!!
I bought this camera for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas because she wanted it ever since we saw it at target. She was so happy to get it.. until we opened it and had problems from the get go! First of all, it is really cheaply made...very flimsy!!! not very durable for a child. Then come to find out it NEEDS a memory card! no internal memory at all!! the packaging does not tell u that it requires a memory card, nor does the description on amazon. So i put batteries in it and decided to use one of my own memory cards that had very important pictures on it. Turned the camera on and the screen is sooo fuzzy and the color is totally distorted!!!! Then i attempted to take a pic and the whole camera freezes up on me!After several attempts to get it to work i had to eventually take the batteries and the memory card out. I then put my memory card back into my own camera and MY MEMORY CARD WAS FRIED!!!! Everything GONE!!All my special memories wasted on some stuiped cheap camera! And the memory card is completely useless now! it tells me card full then i go to delete pics and it tells me that there is no pictures on it! This has never happened to me in my life! i put my memory cards into differnt devices all the time and never once had a problem! I am so sad and angry that i paid damn near $50 for this camera to make my little girl happy and all it caused was tears from both of us!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!!!IT IS TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE LOSS OF MONEY OR THE TEARS! now i am out $50,a memory card , all my special memories and pictures, and the joy of watching my princess enjoy a special gift! which by the way was one of her main gifts this year now she has nothing and i cannot get anything back from it!

Cool but didn't come with SD card
Gave this to my niece for Christmas and she was so excited to open it. But we couldn't use it right away because it did not come with the SD card needed to use the device. I would have liked to pay more so that it came ready to use.

The make of this is cheaper than I expected. The screen quality is very poor as well. It requires an SD card that is not included. It serves it purpose for my 5 year old to record but not very high quality.
