Very absorbent & comfy.
Size details- I'm a 6ft tall female, wear a 2x dress, 18-20 pant, my rear end and thighs are large. The XXL was a little bit loose but not so loose that they fell down. I didn't have any gapping in the thigh area either. They are so soft and comfortable, very breathable too. The tear away sides are very durable. Other brands tend to rip easily when just putting them on, not these guys.I'm going to size down next time and see if they fit better. Now for product review- AMAZING! I usually have to wear a pull up AND a large overnight pad; but last night I was able to wear just the Tena pull up. I did have a dime size leak in the morning, but I belive it's because I finally slept for 9 hours straight, and my incontinence is very heavy through the night.Waking up this morning without soggy pajama pants was amazing. My husband is so polite, has never said anything about me smelling like teetee in the morning when we wake up, but this morning he said, "its nice just being able to smell your shampoo this morning, and nothing else." I excitedly said, "babe! I know right!!"I knew that was his polite way of saying, "it's nice to not wake up to my wife smelling like teetee!" I am only 39, and he's 43. Mornings used to be for cuddling and stuff. But for the last 2 years I have gotten up and immediately needed to shower and wash my clothes. By the time I'm done he's already up and getting ready to leave for work. It was nice to only have 1 small wet spot on my pj's. Tonight, I will try putting them on backwards and I imagine I'll wake up dry. Which tbh I couldn't tell which side was the back, so I may have had them on backwards to begin with. There is also a lifted inside flap as shown in the photo, that helps phenomenally!I hope these work as well for you, as they did for me! =D Take care soggy bottom friends. ♡

Great Product!
I have been through so many different briefs for my mom. She is 89 with dementia & these have full coverage with comfort and absorb with wicking away that keeps her dry between changes. I can't tell you how much better Tena is than other brands. We Love them!!!

Incontinence product worth trying!
I purchased this product for someone I care for. This is a more affordable brand that has stretch material for comfort and ease of use, excellent quality with no leakage, and smaller packaging that seniors can carry. I have them delivered in bulk to her door for convenience. This is an individual variability comment, but my loved one has experienced less skin irritation with the product as well. Worth purchasing and a savings compared to name brands. These are pull ups so not usually used for bedbound individuals unless they have some physical mobility ( i.e. sitting up, lifting own body etc. ).

The best I’ve found for nighttime protection
I’ve been using these for nighttime for about two years now. While they may not be the most stylish option, they are comfortable and provide excellent overnight protection. After trying multiple brands in the past, I’ve found these to be the best by far.

The best I've found but they still leak
I need a heavy-duty undergarment because of my incontinence and have tried several different brands over the years. This Tena version is the best one I have used because is is broader in the crotch than most other brands and it absorbs an impressive amount. I gave it only three stars however because they still leak at night or when I am sitting up in bed. This is very frustrating not to mention expensive. Nonetheless, I would still recommend them over any other brand and other than the problem at night they do work very well and are comfortable which is also important. Even though they are certainly more bulky than the super thin brands, I don't find that this is a problem at all as far as affecting the fit or look of my clothes and they do provide a lot of security in general.
