I was trying to replicate the in-studio experience of a yoga wall with straps that I used to go to before covid. Anyway, this looked close enough. The images and description make it seem like you can hang it from a door...which maybe you can, if your door has a pretty large space between the door and the doorjamb. The woven strap was too thick to fit in most of my doors (and you better put it on a very sturdy door for safety reasons). Then, speaking of safety, the belt buckle loop adjuster thingy slides when under tension. So I could sort of do a downward dog, but forget about hanging upside down, which is the main reason I wanted this. And I don't weight that much—123 pounds.
