Dr. PenUltima A6 Microneedling pen 24 Pcs Nano Cosmetic 0.13 cartridges

I've had microneedling professionally done several times but moved to a new area that charges twice as much for the service and are much farther away, so I could not longer keep up with the amount of treatments for my specific skin issues. I am confidently competent in cosmetic procedures and projects of all times and did significant research before purchasing and using this device, as I would strongly advise anyone else considering this product. With that being said, this pen is fantastic! It worked great and I actually had a much better experience and outcome bring able to microneedle myself versus somebody else. Again, don't try to use something like this if you're not at least fairly knowledgeable in skin or sanitazation or willing to learn. But this thing does exactly what it's supposed to and comes with nearly everything you need, has a comfortable design with lots of options, and I won't have to buy more cartridges for a while so it's a great deal compared to just buying a pen alone and then more cartridges later. Don't forget that if you buy this, you need to make sure you have plenty of alcohol and things to stay clean with. You need a sterile environment or you're going to do more harm than good. Most people, myself included, need a numbing cream with this (after all, it's a bunch of needles in your face, and fairly similar to the process and needles depth of tattooing if you know what that feels like). Get a good numbing cream and you won't feel a thing. Love that it comes with a serum as well! You want to make sure you use a good serum so that you can maximize the benefits on your skin and also to allow the needles to glide more easily, and the one it came with was effective at that. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good starter microneedling kit.

I've done 4 treatments through a spa & put out a lot of money. I was excited to be able to continue treatments & at a reasonable cost. I'd definitely recommend this pen. Just make sure if this is your 1st time using micro needling that you do your research & also I watched some YouTube videos that were very informative. I plan on doing treatments every 4-5wks. I did learn that you can do the nano 2xs a week so I plan on adding them in as well.Pics were taken with no make up on, had eye brows micro bladed, so you can see the difference in my brows as well from having that done: 1st set: top left before, top right #1 treatment, bottom left #2, bottom right #3 treatment.2nd set: side left is before, top right day after #1, bottom right week after treatment #5. All treatments are spaced out 1mth apart to give time for new collagen growth. Results are amazing!!

Yes, I FINALLY bought one. So tired of my acne scars!! Was so excited after it arrived. Opened the box and was very happy with the packaging. Was shrink wrapped in cellophane and very clean looking...sterile. I put it off for at least 8 hours after it arrived and I did a whole lot of research before I did the procedure but didnt think about AFTER!IDK why Mr.pen is so elusive with how to diy. Checking youtube I finally found a real aesthetician who had a tutorial but wasnt using a DR.pen. I bled a little and turned pink but doing my chin I noticed large bumps growing! idk wtf it was but I immediately stopped and rinsed my face off. The lumps went away just as fast as they appeared. SCARY!!!! I THOUGHT I WAS DOOMED!! I dont know if i was having a allergic reaction but its gone now. This is why I say do your RESEARCH people!!So after I was finished I put on my serum and it burned so I rinsed that off and went with bacitracin til I found out that the serum I was using was and is the right one. Ive done hours of research and now I need to go shopping for all these products I should have had already. Great!! During all this sickness and people panicking Ill be walking around with a red face. HAHA I dont care...after this scare I want this to work!! Im hoping that I will be one of the lucky ones that this procedure works on. If it does work...I will post pics!! PRAYING!!!!

Worth it!I was seriously reluctant to invest in something like this. I’ve had several micro-needling treatments done with my aesthetician but as I’m sure everyone is aware...those can be expensive! I researched and watched several videos on how to use this machine. The minute it arrived, I had to get to work. If you’re going to purchase this, you NEED numbing cream. I ordered the cream that was recommended with this purchase and it worked great. The machine itself looks and feels like what I get at my drs office. I’m so glad I invested in this. If you are considering purchasing this and have never had a micro needling treatment, I strongly suggest you visit an aesthetician and see for yourself what micro-needling looks and feels like before you invest. I can see where someone would be unprepared for the discomfort and never use it again. This is why numbing is super important. I knew what to expect from my previous results so I could comfortably do a few more passes on my face. I Started out with the 12 needle but will switch to 36 after a few times. Please note that it’s also super important not to repeat a treatment until 4 weeks. You need to optimize your healing time for best results. I love it!

Excellent and easy to use. Only disadvantage is that one battery does not work anymore.

Absolutely love this. I microneedle my face every few weeks, and it exfoliates my skin. I am still able to wear makeup and go thoughout my normal days so theres little to no downtime. I always microneedle in the evening, so my face is pretty red, but by the time I wake up in the morning, most all redness has subsided. Then, in a couple days, you can see your skin slightly exfikiare, it leaves my skin feeling so soft. I used to feel like my chin was so thick and my forehead, like a layer of skin was on there built up. I did this three weeks in a row. And now my skin feels so soft.And I save so much money doing myself! I definitely recommend a numbing cream you'll need it if you want to microneedle deeper to really build collagen in your face. If your over 40 this to me is a must. The deepest level in this pen is 2.5.
