I thought it was only for a more “causal” wear, but now I think they really can be pulled off as “formal” with the right suit combination.Okay... I haven’t worn knit ties since I was a kid & I NEVER thought I would own one again. But I needed a solid tie quick to match my new sport coat. I got so many compliments, now I have purchased 2 more from this vendor! After the PURPLE, I purchased the NAVY & then an awesome MAROON/TAN Speckled Tie (to go with my tan suit).Hope this was helpful!

I saw a similar tie at Nordstrom’s for $130. I was a little nervous buying this because I wasn’t sure how it’d match. Decided to break it out for a wedding and it was the talk of the night! Knit ties might be my new thing! Great product and super fast shipping.

people go out of their way to compliment how this tie looks with a dark blue shirt.It's kind of a medium-skinny tie. Not super skinny, a full length tie bar fits it properly, but it doesn't look too fat (I hate wide ties)It's soft, the texture is nice, it fits well, is neither too long or short on me (I'm 6'3 and feel like I'm taking all it has to give, but it still fits great) and holy crap the compliments it gets.

Solid Knit tie, especially for the price.If you’re wanting to see if you like the knit look, give this tie a shot. Easy casual tie.

Could not ask for a better tie for a school uniform. The burgundy matches what is required. The color, dimensions and texture keeps it understated and refined. Low price , so no worry if it gets stuffed into a backpack or lost or damaged. Really adds a touch of class versus the usual tacky glossy/striped uniform tie. Even the wearer himself has requested more of these.

I had to wash it when it arrived because it was so musty. If you're not used to this style tie, know that it ties a little differently. I did like the silky backing behind the neck, as it adds a bit of rigidity. The color is pretty true to the photo... Not quite a gold...a little yellow and a little orange.

I love this tie. It's clean, simple, slick, and feels of great quality. I've only worn it a couple of times, and each time I worn this tie, I've received compliments. Highly would recommend if you're considering. Great value for it's price.

Back to wearing suits and the narrower ties. Hadn’t worn a knit tie in decades, but these look great. Beautiful colors with great texture. Good quality and workmanship. Liked the traditional taper and point on a knit tie (technically weaving a taper is probably challenging - it is well done). Purchased 2, then 3 more. Tried returning the deep blue because it is too deep for my taste. They said keep it, pass it on and credited. Now that’s customer service! I had to buy another.
