Where can I find installation instructions?

The installation for the tub itself is pretty standard for a drop in tub. The trick is the piping. You need to get an additional deep soak drain by American Standard. The instuctions are included with that. Does the bottom of the tub have a texture for slippage

No texture on the bottom. The tub can get very slippery if not rinsed out well.

What type of drain do I need to get to fit this tub properly?

American Standard 1599.205.002 Deep Soak Max Drain, available here on Amazon.

What is the depth between the bottom of the tub and the water escape?

The overflow holes (there are three Ø1 1/8 overflow holes) are at least 18 inches above the main drain hole. This would make the water depth slightly over 18 inches at the deepest point.
